Hands down WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been in. The garbage is always overflowing,tables never clean with left over trash people leave behind . The staff are rude and have ZERO listening skills, I ask for club a LA Tim (sorry no bacon) I ask for Jalapeno in my sandwich (sorry we don't have Jalapeno) HELLO IT'S ON YOUR MENU It takes WAY TOO LONG to receive an order after one finally gets to choose something they have ALL the ingredients to (WHICH WE PAY $$ FOR !!!). THEN they don't even prioritize patrons who paid for food first and just serve whoever they feel like or who speaks "Their language" Disgusting! Everytime I have gone here they never have Bacon for the Club a LA Tim, which is pathetic becuase it's a popular sandwich you would thing they would ORDER ENOUGH SUPPLIES TO SERVE THE ITEMS ON THE MENU ! When you confront staff on this issue they BLAME the MANAGER ,"THE MANAGER IS IN CHARGE OF WHAT WE ORDER SIR" , "IT'S THE MANAGERS FAULT WE ARE SLOW" " IT'S MY MANAGER WHO DOESN'T CARE" . HELLO YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE YES? YOU TELL MANAGER TO ORDER MORE BAKA The Manager at this chain should really check the attitude of their staff becuase they are pathetic and blame YOU for the problems this Tim hortons suffer from . I will be contacting the branch directly to file a complaint against these employees at this location who thinK it's better to argue with paying customers and BLAME THEIR MANAGER than to find solutions, this is not how a business should operate and they should be...
Read moreDear Sir/Mam, I ask for Oreo chunk cookie ($1.29) and I did get it but I was charged for Oreo dream cookie which cost me ($2.29) it’s $1 more than I supposed to pay. I bought it from 4819 ave Van Horne local 117 A today Apr 5th 2025 at 2:19 pm. When I confront the employee, she told me the prices on the apps are different from the ones in store which I know that’s a lie and she insist on keeping my extra $1. This is absurd if you have thief in your store . Last time I was ripped of my loaded bowl which filled only half full . I filed a complaint but I didn’t hear your response. If there’s no satisfactory action from your side, I will take further step. It’s not about the dollar it’s about the dishonesty and deceit to your customer !!! Could you train your employees not to rip off the customer ? Customers supposed to get what they pay for. I never have this kind of problem years ago but when new employees start working there, all my orders were messed up. If your employee don’t really like to work , they better quit than irritate your customers. if they don’t appreciate having a job compared to those who lost their jobs, they shouldn’t have worked in the first place . I’m an employee in the service area as well with minimum wages but I always strive to do my best, not just accepting wages while doing s###### work and therefore I dislike employees with lousy work attitude .

Read moreIt was going so smoothly, I ordered an iced mocha frappe (which sometimes i forget about the capp part) she repeated café mocha? so I said mocha iced frappe again. While I was waiting for my order the cashier lady gave me a hot mocha. I was hesitant about complaining because I don't normally do this. I told her nicely that the coffee is not what I ordered (she's pressing me and rolling her eyes at me telling me I ordered the cafe mocha which is not the case cuz i repeated it again and again to her what I wanted was ICED mocha FRAPPE) and asked her if she could replace it for the iced capp. She left me there and came back saying there's no more iced capp. So I said, "can I get a refund for it then?" This part shocked me because she said they can't do that cuz their manager wasn't there. I was confused because I work at a fast food too. So I asked where's the manager. She said "Oh he's on vacation." Now, They can't even get my drink right and I can't even get my money back. So I asked my friend to order Iced capp so that I could know if they're telling the truth or not. Not surprising that they had Iced capp the whole time.
