Very disappointing experience.

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews, but I have mixed feelings about this one.

More than 2 hours wait time! I waited for my birthday treat - sushi. I ordered my sushi at 7pm on Friday night. Okay, I understand that it’s a prime-time for takeaway restaurants and they told me to wait for 1hour 20 minutes.

I came to pick up my order after 1hour50minutes and my order was not even there. People left with boxes in line before me, but my order was not ready. Or maybe they haven’t even started it yet?? I spent my b-day evening waiting for sushi ☹️

They told me to wait 20 more min. Which comes to the 2hours10min in total!

Poor set choice I ordered the most expensive set they had. I wanted a rich fish taste, but ended up with a lot of green stuffing, avocado, small pieces of fish and fried onions and other non-fishy stuff. Sushi were good, but for that price I expected something

Sugary soy sauce I keep control on sugar consumption so I can easily detect an excessive sugary taste. And that’s what happened with their soy sauce. I wanted salty tast and not...

Ridiculously good takeout/delivery sushi. Best I've had in Montreal. Delivery is free above $20 in the plateau and service is consistently friendly and pleasant. Very very fresh fish, and the best tempura I've ever tasted. Their larger combos are pricey but very generous, good variety without any of that California Roll filler food. Expect lots of texture in the larger maki pieces, they really like their tempura bits. I personally really enjoyed it, it's different from what I'm used to but very satisfying. Excellent spicy...

First time eating here on a Monday night. Even though restaurant was full, the very friendly employee installed a new table just for us! We ordered a custom veggie combo and miso soup with taro and matcha Japanese ice cream for dessert- everything was exceptional! Recommended without hesitation, this restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Beautiful presentation (sushi roll garnishes were shaped like flowers🥹), warm and inviting atmosphere and excellent value. Thank you for the amazing service, we’ll be back!

What an unassuming little joint that happens to be dishing out some top-shelf sushi and sashimi! The sashimi came in super thick and unctuous slabs. The spicy tuna roll was awesome and actually spicy (and cheap!). The scallops were super fresh and buttery and tender and beautiful. We enjoyed everything and left with full bellies at 11pm. We dined in and took the only table they had. They were super busy with takeout orders but still took care of us promptly. They were super nice!

I just placed an order for sushi through UberEats. The avocado hosomaki that I received is not edible because the avocado it extremely unripe. It’s crunchy…. I’ve had to take out all of the avocado pieces and just eat the rice and nori…. If someone orders avocado hosomaki and you don’t have ripe avocado you should call them to at least let them know and maybe offer to switch it for a different sushi roll… I’m unfortunately very disappointed!
