I stayed in Montreal for one month and attended the studios two to three times a week. Every session was well organised, welcoming and all the tutors provide informative, personalised feedback during and after the session. All the equipment you need is there, including supportive straps and blocks. LOVED this yoga studio!! This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever taken class in and the energy there is really nice. The two classes I took were in French and I only understood about 10% but the voices were so soothing and I just glanced around to see what everyone else was doing. I did a vinyasa and mellow flow class and both were so lovely. Highly recommend. I want to move to this neighborhood so I can come...

You have to try this place, I went to few yoga studios in Montreal, but Yoga Sangha tops it all, especially if you have a chance to do a class with Sylvie or at least meet her, you will never find someone like her, that’s a promise..It changed my life, her energy lifts your mood regarless the way you feel, after you leave her class you will feel energized and your mood will SHIFT to a better one!!!!!
