OUTRAGEOUS ! The worst delivery service I've ever known ! First we called the central so they can redirect us to the closest Pizza Pizza to our place. We ordered at 10 p.m, the woman on the phone told us if the delivery arrived in more than 40 minutes, it was free. We gave our adress THREE times. We waited for ONE HOUR, then Pizza Pizza called us :"There's a problem with your command, you're in between two areas so we pass it to another restaurant that'll be able to deliver it because we can't". Fine. To the next, we gave our adress FOUR times. We waited for almost ONE MORE HOUR, and still nothing. The delivery guy eventually arrived and told us... he had the wrong adress! They inverted two numbers. So we gave him his tip but refuse to pay for the pizzas, we waited way more than 40 minutes. He called his manager, we explained all the situation but the guy on the phone didn't give a s*it, he wants us to pay. We didn't want to but the delivery guy told us HE could be in trouble if we don't, his managers will make HIM pay. So we paid.

Pizza Pizza is directed by incompetent liars, incapable of keeping their promises and above all, incapable of assuming their OWN mistakes ! Worst, they treat their employees like they were nothing ! To be able of doing that, no doubt you're not the kind of persons of caring about, but yesterday you lost 6 active customers. SCANDALEUX ! Le pire service de livraison que j'aie connu ! Nous avons d'abord appele le central pour qu'ils nous redirigent vers le Pizza Pizza le plus proche de chez nous. Nous avons commande a 22h, la femme au telephone nous a dit que si la livraison arrivait dans plus de 40 mintues, c'etait gratuit. Nous avons donne notre adresse TROIS fois. Nous avons attendu UNE HEURE, puis Pizza Pizza nous a appele :"Il y a un souci avec votre commande, vous etes entre deux zones donc nous la passons a un autre restaurant qui pourra assurer votre livraison car nous ne pouvons pas". Soit. Au suivant, nous avons donne notre adresse QUATRE fois. Nous avons attendu quasiment encore UNE HEURE, et toujours rien. Finalement le livreur est arrive et nous a dit... qu'il avait la mauvaise adresse! Ils ont inverse deux chiffres. Donc nous lui avons donne un pourboire mais refuse de payer pour les pizzas, nous avions attendu bien plus que 40 minutes. Il a appele son manager, nosu avons explique toute la situation mais l'homme au telephone n'en avait rien a f*utre, il veut qu'on paye. Nous ne voulions pas, mais le livreur nous a dit que LUI pourrait avoir des ennuis si on ne le faisait pas, ses managers allaient le faire payer LUI. Donc nous avons paye.

Pizza Pizza est dirige par des menteurs incompetents, incapables de tenir leur promesse et surtout, incapables d'assumer leurs PROPRES erreurs ! Pire, ils traitent leurs employes comme des moins que rien ! Pour etre capable de faire ca, aucune doute que vous n'etes pas le genre de personne que ca touchera, mais hier vous avez perdu 6...

NOT RECOMMENDED. STAFF WITH POOR ATTITUDE.* I ordered 1 pepperoni + 1 vegetarian slice. The guy put 1 vegetarian slice in the oven. I told him I also ordered a pepperoni slice too, he blamed me why I didn't tell him earlier. I told him he wasn't listening to my order. At this point, he tries to make me pay 2 separate transactions, saying he's just a cook and doesn't know how the cash register works. I said to him I'm not paying for his mistakes. A girl approaches and asks what was going on. The guy told him that the client has changed order. While in fact it was his mistake. So he played with the cash register for a while, saying that he figured it out, and I paid him cash 5$+3.85$ earlier on credit card. For pizza 2 slices. Hmmm.. This delivery guy came after 35m with no change for a 49$ of delivery i gave him 60$ , he didnt have 11$ , i tell him i can't do anything it to him to do something , he leaves with the food said he will go make change... I wait 30more minutes i call the store explain the lady says it doesnt make sence that they are sorry and he is coming with change.. after 30 more minutes i call he is still not back , she tells me the delivery will be free and if theres a problem to call back... The guy gets here i start a video to make sure everything is filmed ( we never KNOW EY) the guy doesnt want to give us the food i try telling him this is what the lady said its been more then one hour......
