I ordered with uber and the girl at subway mess up my order I ordered 3 sandwich i got 2 and one of them didnt have the good toppings also gave the wrong soft drink. I called tonlet her know about the problem, first the girl did not speak any french and she wouldnt speak to me unless i talked to her in english. Je suis arrivée vers 20h40 une dame qui nettoyait le sol ma demandé sur un ton arrogant qu' est ce que je veux ils sont fermés. Ils ferment a 21h, visiblement elle ne sait pas lire car sur la porte d'entrée c' est mentionné 22h comme heure de fermeture ce que je lui fait remarqué et même chose sur le site internet quand elle a compris que je ne partirai pas, pas avant être d être servi et je ne lâcherais pas avec mes arguments elle m'a dit bon comme vous êtes là je vais vous servir, je me suis sentie encore plus offensée car je me suis pas venue quémander pour être reçue de cette manière là je suis partie hyper fustree. Un minimum de respect s'impose envers les client. Visiblement ce Subway a perdu le sens du service a la clientèle car ils acceptent d'embaucher n' importe qui apparemment sans éducation et formation ou peut être qu' ils se sont mis en tête que leur réputation est déjà faite une ou deux client perdus pendant la journée ce n' est rien. Pourtant les clients devraient être votre priorité pour ne pas dire votre raison d'être mais bon...Plus jamais a cette succursale endroit a eviter...
