NO !! Deplorable, unpleasant and much too long service !!! If you want to be mistreated this is the place to go I went to place my order for sandwiches at noon, after getting paid and asking to wait for the person behind the counter placed ALL the phone orders before me (4 people), I call back: I was there . However, when I started to lose patience after 25 MINUTES, while he was starting yet another telephone order (yes really), the clerk replied that "my order was going to take 4 minutes". He finally hands me my order in which he was wrong, help, and there instead of correcting immediately he takes care of someone who had just entered! Finally he asks for help from an older woman who gives me black looks and pretends not to understand what I say to him ... in short the sandwiches are good but the service is DEPLORABLE !!...

The food is great, very fresh ingredients and generous portions. I definitely recommend and will be back. The only 'not-so-positive' part of my experience is I got to the store 10 minutes before closing time, I rushed my way there after a long day and the staff wanted to refuse taking my order. I got to the store and greeted them and no one answered, I waited for them to take my order and nothing, I then asked if the kitchen was closed but they were avoiding what I was saying, in the end they took my order more because they were obliged to because it was still business hours but it didn't make me feel very welcome. My order was two tofu wraps, nothing rudely elaborated that would make them take longer than 10 minutes. I will make sure to visit a lot earlier...

I was craving a flavor packed sandwich and remembered a friend mentioning this place. I finished the sandwich 10 minutes a go and my mouth is still watering and savoring all of the flavors in their 5 spice pork sandwich. I also ordered the papaya salad which without a doubt has satisfied every flavor craving I had. The portions are huge yet you devour every bite until the very last piece. If you are looking for flavor, quality, quantity, and great service I highly suggest stopping at Épicerie Sue . So grateful to have...
