My recent visit to Sauce left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to the stark contrast between the lackluster food and the truly outstanding service. From a culinary perspective, the experience was quite disappointing. The lobster ravioli I ordered was unfortunately watery, lacking the rich, concentrated flavor one expects from such a dish. Equally uninspired was the fried chicken, which arrived completely devoid of seasoning – not even a hint of salt. For anyone who appreciates good food, the offerings here simply don't measure up. However, where the kitchen fell short, the front-of-house staff truly shined. The service was excellent throughout our meal. Our server was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond, making an otherwise forgettable meal more palatable. We opted to sit on the terrace, which presented a missed opportunity. While it has the potential to be a beautiful outdoor dining spot, it currently feels neglected, as if the budget ran out mid-design, resulting in a hodgepodge of "beach chairs" rather than cohesive outdoor seating. An absolute delight to have discovered this Restaurant! From the greeting upon entry to the seating at the outside terrace the tone of evening delight was set. For this the Chef and his Wait Staff Team did not disappoint! And for the Star of "THE SHOW", yes Natalya we will get to your singing shortly :).."THE FOOD"! For starters the Fluffy Focaccia with plentiful whipped and seasoned butter and balsamic - olive oil delight was a treat when married to the Whipped Ricotta plate (endives, fried pasta and fig marmalade) = "MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN"! Now for the main dish; the Demi Rigatoni was both delicious and plentiful! The beef ragu was definitely not of the overnight variety for it had a richness and hint of sweetness which balanced well with the oyster mushrooms and the perfect al dente Pasta Rigatoni. Now for the Master of singing, Natalya...yes she has a Masters in Opera! She delighted the terrace crowd with her beautiful voice, her presence ever so thoughtful and considerate taking the time in conversation for my friend and I. In summary...dining experience...

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this exceptional restaurant, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully curated — perfect for a special night out or a relaxing meal with loved ones.

The service was impeccable. Every staff member we interacted with was attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making our evening memorable. They anticipated our needs without being intrusive and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish.

As for the food — absolutely outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and presented like a work of art. You can really tell that quality ingredients and culinary expertise are at the heart of their kitchen.
