I’m very disappointed, hear me out. I went there with my girlfriend after an errand to grab a bite at 8:40 pm sharp. We were refused. The waitress grinned at us saying they do not take customers at that time which is fine, I would be understanding if it was very busy and they closed in 30 minutes but they had 2 -3 tables inside and 2 -3 terrace spots that had no customers. We decided not to argue and leave instantly and when looking back we saw people being admitted to the restaurant. I decided to call just to make sure we weren’t being discriminated against, took my best French accent and asked when they close and whether we could still come by to eat and she answered that they take customers up until 9pm. I then asked why she refused us at the door a few minutes back and she started making up excuses. I didn’t have time to make a big deal out of it so I just hung up and decided, that’s deserving of a bad review so here I am, one star terrible service, discrimination in a darn noodle bar, it’s...

!!MOST UNDERRATED RESTAURANT IN MTL!! Food here is so SO SO good, i was left dumbstruck. Flavours were excellent - BEST SUSHI ive ever had - and ive had a lot- might not be “authentic sushi” but heck its better than the OG. Go for the 3 chefs special sushi in my photos - and it’ll blow your top off. The pad Thai was stellar - the green curry was so good the yellow curry was so different and unique. I had this on 31st night of 2024 - and it literally kick started my new year on the best note - with the yummiest food. This place wasn’t as full when i dined in here and I’m literally surprised this place isn’t packed upto the brim just cause of how good the food is. The service was so rapid and food was so freshly prepared. The prices are so reasonable this is literally fine-dine quality food with very large portions at very reasonable price. This place is definitely my confirmed visit every-time i come to MTL here on. Id drop a 6star if i could - and id rarely rate a place...

Having never been to Thailand, I can't attest that strictly to authenticity. However, I did live for 5+ years in Vancouver. At least once a week, I would have lunch at this tiny Thai restaurant that would never fail to satisfy me. I developed a real appreciation for Masaman Curry in particular. Having returned to Montreal, I was struggling to find a Thai place that had it on their menu, so I resorted to making my own. While what I managed to make was satisfying, it just doesn't compare to the pleasure I discovered today when I Uber'd some Masaman Curry from Shushu Thai. BAM! - I felt as though I was right back to that tiny restaurant in Vancouver. I can highly recommend this place based only on this experience, as it will have me coming back to it in the future for more Masaman Curry, as well as sampling all the other delicious items they have on their menu! Thank you...

Small and cozy little restaurants with about 5 tables so be sure to reserve. The staff is really friendly and the food was quite good. We ordered the pad Thai, massaman curry and the Thai basil udon along with a Thai green milk tea. The portions were generous and my favourite dishes were the massaman curry and the udon. The curry reminded me of what I had tasted in Thailand and the udon had a nice balance between the basil and hint of spice. The Thai green tea is a MUSTTT!! Very floral and had the perfect sweetness. The pad Thai was ok and not the best I had. Felt like the texture was a bit mushy and was a bit under seasoned. The restaurant got pretty busy after 7pm on a Friday night and the staff seemed overwhelmed but still were super accommodating. All in all great experience here and would come again!

This place is my top go to thai restaurant with authentic dishes and flavour, they serve us high quality produce, and I know they use real chicken , unlike most asian restaurants which serve fake chicken injected with corn starch, their shrimps were large and cooked to perfection. I love their pad Med mamuang chicken, pas kra pao chicken with the fried egg on top, the green curry, the stir fry udon with shrimps, tom yum soup. As appetizers, i highly recommand Tod Mun Gai (chicken patties with a hint of lemongrass) I have been going back regularly with family and friends as I know the quality and quantity are consistent. I have been served by 2 waitresses since I discovered this place, and they are super friendly, attentive to your requests, and gave awesome recommendations. The service is outstanding!!
