Stella pizzeria — Restaurant in Montreal

Simply put, they serve the best Pizza I have ever eaten. From the crispy crust to their in-house pizza sauce- simply the best (no small claim considering this restaurant is so close to Montreal's Little Italy). We ended up eating there 2 nights in a row. I was told their sauce was passed down from their chef's grandma's recipe- never mess with grandma!

Their Tiramisu was equally amazing- created in-house as well. They do have daily non-pizza specials on their menu, and I hope to try some in the future. Their meal prices are moderate as well. We were vacationing in Montreal and decided to give this place a shot after reading all the raving reviews on google. Also it was extremely close to our Airbnb. We had our order to go since it was our first night driving in and we were all tired. We got 3 pies (margherita, greedy, the spring) and honestly I was just not impressed. It was average at best. We also got the beef polpette, the entree size and was surprised by the amount of food we got for the price! Also I didn't think it was good.

What was really good was the kale salad! And another one of the arugula salad that they had. It was very fresh and the dressing was great.

Came in on a Saturday night around 7pm and the place was about half full. Took place at the bar where we had reserved. The bartender and I think the manager took care of us, great vide, chill and knowledgeable. Went through the specials and we ordered drinks and food. Everything was perfect, would definitely go back. Bang for your buck was very faire, presentation was nice and food was hot. Enjoyed all the plates we ordered. Stated with burrata and artichoke, meatballs and grilled octopus.
