They have horrible customer service here, my mom and I went in to buy some food and the first cashier did not speak English (I started the conversation in English because my mom doesn't speak french) so the conversation was very hard for both parties dued to that person who didn't speak english and me trying to understand what he was trying to say so he ended up switching us to another cashier who spoke English, the second cashier already had an attitude but I ignored it and kept ordering our food. We had ordered 3 donuts, a drink and 1 pizza, they gave my mom her donut and drink and I hadn't received my donuts, after some time my pizza was ready, I asked the guy in English for my 2 donuts and he didn't understand, I then switched to french and he still didn't understand and asked another employee to come help, that employee also did not understand so she asked someone else to come help, that person finally understood and gave me my food. For some reason the second cashier who came to help the first time assumed I didn't understand french despite me switching to french multiple times to cater to them not understanding English (which seemingly didn't change much cause it didn't seem like they understood either), because as I was walking always she decides to say "Elle n'est pas fine" which is crazy because I was very patient despite being transfer to 4 different employees because nobody seems to understand "I didn't get my two powdered donuts" in neither french or English. I turnt back around and said "you are not nice either". Read moreI will not even rate 1, i should rate 0 or -1. I went there to order for breakfast. And the lady who's taking my order made a mistake of my order, which is 2 coffee, 1 bagel w/ cream cheese and i order 1 croissant fromage. So she panch 2 different price of croissant w/c is 1.99 and 1$. I said i only order 1 croissant not the nature but i order the other one croissant w/fromage. So she said oh that why she charge 1.00 for fromage. I said no i only order croissant fromagr, and she said oh its ur mistake and she start yelling at me, so i said ok maybe it's my mistake but pls stop yelling at me bec you have mistakes too. Then she's yelling, so i said pls, i wanna cancel my order and im waiting for 5mins and she wont give my money back, and i said i wanna to to the manager, she said she is the manager. I said well tou're the manager but you don't know how to deal w/ the costumers. She's slready stress before i order w/ the other costumers, and she said she won't refund my money back untill i apololize. She's suppose not to be in that possition, she has the attitude and, she don't deserve to be a manager ( if she really is) so i said ok just keep my money which is 10$ plus and i ask her name, she don't wanna tell her name no one wants to tell her name bec i think she manipulates everyone in that branch and i left.
This person i'm taking about is the manager ( she said she is) assigned arround 7:30 & 8am friday morning nov 11. She's looks like African tall, big lady. Bec she don't want to tell her name, i wanna report this lady to the main branch. She should be fired so she won't affect the good service of this branch.

Read moreYesterday 4 April 2016 I had a very bad expirience on the parking of Tim Hortons located at 5985 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3S 1Z2. I had to call the police after speaking to local towing company representative by phone (SBM Inc.). They towed my car (couse it was more then 2 hours on the parking) by Tim Hortons management request, with all the staff required for 7 month old baby, as stroller, food, diapers etc., as we had her with us. So the rep of towing i called first asked 195 dollars CASH ONLY to get my car back. NO WAY! CASH ONLY ! RIGHT NOW! I been told. Then I called 911, and the police arrived explained me that this is TOTALLY ILLEGAL to tow the vehicle and i will not pay anything to these guys and they will find my car shortly ,and considered as an intimidation the way rep talked by phone. Police says you may get a ticket but not tow your car to a local shopping mall parking where I found my car with the police officers, couse the towing guy changed behavior in front of police and gave the location of the car FOR FREE to them.
