A Surprisingly Great Experience at Arby’s Niagara Falls!

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food chains, but the Arby’s at Niagara Falls truly deserves recognition. We stopped in for a quick bite while exploring the area, and what we expected to be a basic fast food experience turned into something genuinely pleasant and memorable.

Service: From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient with our questions (we had a few, especially since some of us aren’t regular Arby’s customers). The cashier had a genuine smile and walked us through the menu, suggesting the most popular and freshly made items. Our food was brought to our table with a warm “enjoy your meal”—something you don’t often see at fast food joints. It felt more like a casual dine-in restaurant than a quick-serve chain.

Cleanliness: This location was immaculate. The dining area, floors, condiment station, and even the bathrooms were spotless. Everything was well-maintained, which is a big plus for anyone traveling with family. The tables were freshly wiped, no sticky seats, no overflowing trash bins. You could tell the staff takes pride in the space.

Food: Absolutely hit the spot! We tried the classic Beef ’n Cheddar, the Smokehouse Brisket, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. The sandwiches were hot, generously filled, and the meat was shockingly tender and flavorful. The cheese and sauces were perfectly balanced—not greasy or overpowering. The curly fries were crisped to perfection, and the mozzarella sticks? Golden, crunchy, and filled with gooey cheese that actually stretched (yes, we tested it!). It was clear that everything had just come out of the fryer—no sad, soggy leftovers here.

Ambience: For a fast food location, this Arby’s has a surprisingly warm and cozy vibe. The layout is spacious with plenty of natural light coming in. There’s even a nice view of the surrounding area, which adds to the relaxing feel. It didn’t feel chaotic or rushed like many tourist-area chains—just a calm and comfortable spot to refuel.

Overall Value: Given the tourist-heavy nature of Niagara Falls, I was expecting higher prices or rushed service—but this place remained true to Arby’s value proposition. We got a hearty meal, amazing service, and a clean place to relax—all at a fair price. No price gouging here, which was appreciated after being hit with inflated rates at other nearby spots.

Final Thoughts: Whether you’re visiting the Falls, passing through the area, or just craving something beyond the typical burger-and-fries experience, I highly recommend this Arby’s location. It’s rare to find such consistency, quality, and hospitality in a fast food restaurant—especially in a tourist hub. Hats off to the management and team here. We’ll definitely be back the next time...

This is my go-to place on a regular when visiting Niagara Falls since a decade plus now. The service is always amazing until my last visit. As someone who’s worked in the food industry in the past, some of the employees need to practice better customer service skills. On Dec 27th some time after 7pm, I ordered a combo through the drive thru (#15) and the worker asked if I said #13 and I said no #15, and they corrected by confirming it will be the gyro combo and I said yes please. As soon as I get back to the hotel, I received the #13 order which is the turkey sandwich.

At this point, I wasn’t too upset because it’s fine everyone makes mistakes. However, one of the workers poorly handled the situation. All because I forgot the receipt from the hotel, they couldn’t remake the order because “there’s no proof” and they couldn’t find my order in the POS system. And I said regardless of the fact you can tell this food has recently been ordered. I really didn’t see the need to reply back with attitude saying “this is my managers policy and you will have to come back in the morning to speak about this”. What does tomorrow have to do with someone ordering food for that night? This could’ve been dealt with as soon as I mentioned this at the speaker instead of the worker choosing to start an argument at the window to make it a big scene like it’s hard to remake a sandwich. The fries were super cold, which I said I would like that to be remade. And they still gave such a hard time and didn’t want to remake the fries either. I ended up paying more for a different sandwich I didn’t order.

I never like to leave bad reviews, but when someone isn’t treating others fairly, knowing for a fact that if they were in my shoes they would expect the same outcome is exactly why I am putting...

The food was about as good as it could get at Arby's which is all fine and dandy however.. the night that we went to order the drive-thru speaker was very crackly and the volume was exceptionally low on it and we repeatedly told the girl that we could not hear her.. when we eventually did pull up to the window we were confronted with a extremely rude young girl who yelled at us and told us that we should have come in to place our order if we were having such a hard time and that there is lots of other restaurants on the Lundy's Lane strip we can go to and basically through our food at us through the drive-thru window.. The lack customer service and customer care at this particular location was absolutely horrific and the girl at the drive-through has to be the rudest most ignorant drive-thru girl I have ever come across. Unfortunately because of her attitude we will never be returning to that location and if that's the attitude that she has with all the customers who come through the drive-thru I doubt that many...

Love, love, love this place, we come daily for lunch and the staff is always friendly I don't think we've ever had a rude or snippy staff member, compared to Mcdonalds, it's like night and day. We always get the buffalo chicken slider, a bacon beef and cheddar combo with curly fries, a cherry cola soda (yes they still have cherry coke on fountain) and a side of red ranch (the red ranch has got to be the best sauce I've ever had). The food is awesome, the portion of roast beef on the sandwich is perfect, the chicken tender they use for the slider is always juicy and tender, they use buffalo and ranch for the slider and it's a perfect match! The curly fries seem to be battered with a mixture of spices and herbs before they're deep fried and it's amazing, I want to learn the secret so I can make them at home haha. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Arbys to anyone for lunch, dinner or a mid day snack. Also, don't forget to ring the bell inside the dinning area ;) Ps, extend the dinning room hours, maybe till 10pm at least Thank you.

I'm giving this two stars, not so much for the food, but for the service. The Jr Arby's is a bit pricey ($2.99) for sliced roast beef between two slices of bread. In any event, we ordered that because we just wanted something light to eat. I went to the counter to ask for some water, and I was told it would be $0.40! Since when do restaurants charge for water?? I would hate to see someone who so desperately needs it, and they have to pay for water! What a joke and just another money making scam. Funny, McDonald's doesn't charge for water, neither does Burger King, Harvey's, or even Starbucks, and you can get a large cup of water! Well, this is the last time we come to Arby's. Perhaps if they lowered their prices and stop charging for water, there would be more locations around. Another thing, they have wheelchair parking, but not a wheelchair accessible entrance. Utterly ridiculous!
