Google asked me to share my experience, so I will.
Let's start off by saying the location looks amazing. The food is good there is no doubt.
But let me get to the customer experience satisfaction were all looking for when we spend our money on food that isn't cooked by us.
We order $3.99 10 PC nugget combo with 2 for $8 whoppers. Order comes to about $13.55 exactly at the window. We proceed to give her a $20 and then $3.55 change on the side so that she could give us $10 dollars exact change back. So she closed the window walks away without giving our change and grabs the food for us, but she comes back and gives us the food but no change, we kindly ask to give our change back and the whole surprise was to make it easier for her. So they hum and haw for about 5-10 minutes while people are waiting behind us, I said I don't care check the cameras, I gave her $23.55 to get back a $10 dollar bill so that we wouldn't recieve a bunch of change. So finally someone else comes and gives us the change, they did it anyway.
Regardless, I'm not trying to rip off burger king for ten dollars.
I hope someone from management reads this long review that I had to make just to make people aware of the fact this happened and they made it seem that we were wrong for this. So check the camera of the girl receiving the money and show me I will personally return the $10 dollars with a silver platter as I live near by in the area.
Just simply bad customer service. When someone gives you money , you count it you don't rush, I don't care how many orders you have to fulfill or rush to finish (deal with the customer at hand properly). What if that was a $100 we gave her with $3.55 change to make it $103.55 so that she would give $90 back and made that same mistake ?
Food for thought ... And your proper change back. Bottom line, count your change. Thank you. Other than that keep making those...
Read moreToday, I took my 2 boys to Burger King on Lundy's Lane and I discovered at the counter after paying and picking up my order that ketchup is still free but mayo now costs $0.20 a packet. The agent could not point out where on the menu display that cost was disclosed. I had just spent $30 on my credit card and since nobody really carries cash these days, I didn't think it made sense to do another $0.60 transaction on credit card. The agent stated that, if I wanted mayo, I had to pay for it. I couldn't help but ask: since when is mayo not free? That's ridiculous. Maybe if you gave us 2 packets of ketchup per person instead of 10, if you gave us 2 napkins per person instead of 10, mybe you would save enough on your overall cost to not need to be sneaky and make a quick buck on mayo. I mean, You have already cut on sanitizers in your establishment. We get it.
Please hear me well. I do not blame the agents. They are minimum-wage workers who are just following orders and doing their job. However, as a company, you've done a poor job communicating your changes in pricing to clients. We both looked at the menu display and could not find anything. Why wait until after one's paid to ask for an additional transaction? I can't even think how annoying it would have been, if there was a big lineup at the counter. Food inflation is real. We get it. But losing a client because of poor communication is even worse....
Read moreWas in Niagara Falls on Saturday and stopped in at this Burger King. It was the last day of the month and I just ran out of data on my phone and needed to access the internet to use the Burger King app. A sign on the Burger King says free wifi. I look for the network and I see it has a password âBurger King guestâ. I ask the lady at the cash for the password so I can log in and use my offer and she says they donât have free wifi. I said you have a network called Burger King guest and the sign says they do. She says she will tell the manager they need to take the sign down as they havenât had wifi in a long time and the network showing is actually for their delivery apps . None of this made sense. Ordered anyways and the whopper was stone cold. Onion rings were hot and plentiful but they were the only good thing about this visit. The following morning we had stairs at the cairncroft across the street from the restaurant and we could hear music being played loudly at 6am when we woke up. Go to grab coffees and realize the music is blaring from the burger kings patio and the restaurant is closed and is closed for several...
