Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Gave 2 stars because pizza was good. Also ordered cinnamon bites and had to bring them back as it wasn't cooked properly and absolutely no cinnamon. The girl I spoke to when I came back to the store made it sound like she didn't want to fix the issue and gave attitude. She looked at it like nothing was wrong all it was was a slab of dough with hardly any glaze as well. Told her I have ordered it numerous times and this is not how it suppose to be. Like really prices are high for food to just throw it away and if you want to work in that industry at least be sympathetic and apologize for it not being made properly. Usually satisfied with my order. This time when calling to request my pizza to NOT be cut, as usual I stress the fact that I have a severe pork allergy. I was assured that it would not be cut, this time was no different. This time, upon getting home I discovered my pizza was cut. I called to ask why it was cut and was told that I never asked this, just mentioned I had allergies. The man reassured me that he used a clean utensil. How can I know this? I pointed out that my allergy was extremely severe and if he was mistaken I could die, going into anaphylaxis since I am not close by the hospital and have no EpiPen. He said; "I don't want you to die but I think you'll be fine". He again reassured me i'll be fine. I CANNOT eat this. If it's safe I will have severe anxiety all night, if it's not safe, I will die. My wife and I were staying at the Double Tree on the US side and I was sent out to get pizza. Google said it was only two miles away but I failed to realize I had to cross international borders to get here. I didn't have my passport but did have my license and birth certificate, so I said, what the hell, let's go to Canada to pickup pizza to bring back to the hotel. I crossed into Canada with little trouble, had little Caesars bake a fresh parmesean stuffed crust pizza and stuffed crazy bread, and headed back to the US.
