This is the first time I had Crumbl cookie since they came to Canada. I was in Niagara Falls at the time and realized there’s a Crumbl cookie close by. So I decided to head over and give them a try. I’m not sure what the other locations look like but this was a smaller establishment. When I had gotten there there was a small lineup which had reached the door of the place. There was a waiting area to get your order of cookies and two self serve locations where you can place your own order instead of ordering through a cashier. I decided to wait in the line and order through someone. The lineup didn’t take long. The process was to place your order and then wait in the waiting area to get your cookies. I had purchased 4 regular sized cookies which was $19.99 and after tax came up to $23 and change. The flavours change on a weekly basis so I had gotten the original milk chocolate chip, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, cookies and cream cheesecake, and the double fudge cookie. My least favourite of the four was the double chocolate cookie. The cookie had consisted of two cookies with a chocolate icing in the middle with a drizzle of chocolate icing on one half of the cookie. It had a very soft and chewy texture which was pleasing but the chocolate in the middle was a little too much for me. It reminded me of the premade icing you can buy from grocery stores. If you really love chocolate, this is the cookie for you. Next was the original chocolate chip cookie. You can’t go wrong with the original. Very soft and chewy texture which chunks of chocolate inside of the cookie. Very good cookie which can be hard to mess up. My second favourite was the Oreo cheesecake. This cookie was very delicious. It almost made it to my favourite one of the batch. It had a very rich and subtle flavour which was delicious. Being a cheesecake fan, I guess I am being biased but it was really good. It had a Oreo cookie base which paired well with the richness of the filling. Not much of a “cookie” but was not disappointed at all. Definitely recommend. My favourite of the four was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. What. A. Cookie. I am a fan of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal so I was excited and had no regrets. The actual cookie was soft and chewy with a subtle taste of cinnamon. It was not overpowering as it can be the case for some cookies with this flavour. The glaze on top was the star of the show. Not too sweet and had a great sweetness to it which enhanced the cookie experience. You also get a few real pieces of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top of the cookie. Overall a great variety of flavours and good use of ingredients. They did a great job and did not disappoint. Although they are pricey, it is definitely worth a try to say you’ve had them at least once.

Visiting this Crumbl cookie place was the same as any other. But one factor was that this place is not always as packed as any of the other locations within the GTA. There’s absolutely no lineup, which is the benefit of going to this Crumbl cookie. Visiting any of the other Crumbl cookies there’s always a lineup of over an hour usually. They serve the cookies as you would find anywhere else. With the same flavour and taste. The only downside I had, which is why I gave this place one star less than a five out of five was that when I had placed a mobile order to go pick up the cookies in the morning they said they had ran out or they did not have a certain cookie, which was kind of confusing to me as it was the morning with no rush, and they had enough time to make the cookies, but I would say that everything else about this place was accommodating and fast and quick. I definitely will be coming back here just for not having to wait in an hour lineup at any of the other Crumbl cookie locations within the GTA.

I had placed an order online for curb side pickup and after arriving we waited in the parking lot for around 5-10 minutes. As soon as I saw the lady coming to the car I started rolling down my window and she did not say anything to me while handing me my cookies which I thought was poor customer service to start with. As I grabbed the box I said “thank you so very much” in a happy bubbly way to try and lighten her mood…that was my mistake… she responded as I finished saying “much” with “yeah” in the most disgusting tone as she’s already turning away to go back in the store. I was greatly offended and if I was the manager of this location I’d fire her! That was absolutely not acceptable and I will not be returning until they learn what customer service looks like! I have been to the Mississauga location and it was way better service there!!

I am a big fan of crumbl cookies. When i visit America, its always been one of my first stops. When i heard they were opening one in my city i was beyond excited, now i am nothing more than absolutely disappointed. I was looking forward to the new cookies coming out this week, so today i decided to stop by and pick some up. The first time i went today, i was denied entry to the establishment as they were “under investigation”. i had no complaints i understand that as a new establishment here this can happen, i asked when they will be taking orders again and the women responded “maybe another hour or two”. I was okay with that seeing as it wasn’t a massive inconvenience but as i was walking to my car, i noticed some women walking in, so i stopped them and asked if they had ordered crumbl, to which they said yes. i was confused as i was just told they were no longer accepting in store or online orders at the time. but never mind i digress, i thought i will just come back. so two hours later, i return to get my cookies, i place my order on the computer and i wait for my cookies. About 5 minutes later, I hear my order being called so i proceed to the counter to get them. But i did not receive my cookies because they accepted without looking at their inventory and have now told me they cannot fulfill my order as they don’t have the blue berry cheesecake cookies. i was disappointed and asked “how we can resolve this?” the employee responded by saying he can offer me 4 mini cookies. i unfortunately had to remind him that this was no where near the equivalent of the price nor size of the cookies i payed for. they employee than responded by saying he will offer me a 5th mini cookie as compensation . i again said no thank you. i then asked if they were going to make more of the cookies missing from my order, the employee told me it would be about 30 minutes until they were ready. i said no problem i will wait. the employee told me he could not put my order on wait and that i would have to get a refund for now and come back to order them again for the 3rd time today. i reluctantly agreed and went to wait in my car. 40 minutes later, i head into the store to order my cookies. after i ordered, i hear an employee say they are out of the raspberry lemonade and blueberries. getting nervous about having my order cancelled already. i anxiously wait for them to call my order name again. Luckily, i received all my cookies this time but sadly im extremely unhappy with the state of them. I understand that crumbl will change/fix any item wrong with your order, so when they show my the cookies and i was displeased i ask that they fix it, and they told me they were unable to as they have no more of the bluberries to make the cookie. i am more than merely disappointed by my interaction at...
