Casa d'Pizza — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

So this evening called them and ordered their "special" that consisted of a large pizza and two pounds of wings. Got it for the delivery. The girl on the other side of the phone was very friendly. She said it will be 45 min. Food showed after an hour. I asked over the phone if they deliver and the girl said yes. Little did I know that the delivery was 6$ for a city delivery and I wasn't notified of that as I was under the impression that they had their own delivery service/driver. On the invoice that I received from the delivery service I had no units prices just a total on the hst line saying a total of 40.62$. it's an 8 slice pizza with two pounds of wings... Outrageous.. on top of all this a delivery guy had finished off an invoice with a total of 46.62$ with his own writing.. even worse then all of this wait time and crazy pricing and awesome "SPECIAL" the pizza was burnt to the crisp and pepperoni where just a black spots on the pizza. Now I'm a person that don't usually do this kind of thing as a matter of fact this is my first review I've ever wrote and the reason for this review is that I called the establishment three times and every time it rang to the end with a voice message saying that it's full and no room for other messages. I am beyond disappointed with this place and their food. Very bad way to run a business.. would not recommend...

WORST service I have ever experienced. I have been here 3 times to pick up food. The first time I showed up when the food was supposed to be ready. It took an extra 15 minutes after that to actually come out, they were nice enough to offer me a beer while I waited by myself. I didnt want the beer since I hadnt eaten that day so it was no benefit to me anyways. The second time I showed up late expecting them to be late like the first time. Even though I was late they still took 5 minutes to prepare the food. The third time I went was the worst one. I called asking for the food I wanted and was told 20 minutes. So I drove from Niagara on the lake and showed up exactly at 20 minutes only for them to tell me that their kitchen was closed and they "tried to call me back". Well that is complete BS they didnt try to call back I had no phone calls missed. Either way they should know the hours for the kitchen of the restaurant they work at. Oh but they offered me a beer for the inconvenience 😂 I dont want a beer I want food idiots. save your time and money and go to clancys on Stanley Rd. They have better food and wont screw you around. Ive ordered there my whole life without issues and just wanted to try something new when I went to casa d pizza. I regret trying it. DONT WASTE...

Such a disgusting and revolting experience I had here last night as a result of the lack of humanity and responsibility from the waitress.

A lady at the bar was so drunk (possibly drgged) that she collapsed in the bar on her way out, after being intimately rubbed and touched the entire night in the bar by some man she was sitting with. The waitress last night proceeded to let the lady and the man leave the bar while she was in such state. I followed the two out and saw him begin to rpe the woman in his car, which was in the parking lot in front of the entry door.

The waitress absolutely needs to be held accountable for neglecting that poor woman, instead of continuing to serve him SEVERAL beers throughout the night. I had to call the police for the lady to make sure she was safe, and the waitress did not care ONE bit about the situation.

Will never visit this...
