I ordered flower for funeral and when I walked in and seen them I was so embarrassed. I ordered after seeing a picture on there site. Well the picture was taken with greenery in the back round, I thought it was part of the arrangement. I was told they were going to do better then the picture, I thought that was really nice of them. Well it looked like they put less in it, so disappointing!! When I called to talk to the lady she was raising her voice at me, here I am carrying a having heart and this lady gets all defensive. All I was trying to say is that if I knew the greenery wasn't a part of it I would have paid more to make it fuller! So basically maybe that's not a good picture for people to see because it's deceiving, but she just got nasty and I had to hang up because my heavy heart could take this women treating me the way she did. Disappointed. As a Horticulturalist trained in floral design I was very disappointed with the arrangement I bought for my Valentine. I spent the extra money on the "Premium" design and still was left with a design that looks like it was hastily thrown together with no thought at all. I will look for a different florist next time I want a professional design done. The quality of work was equivalent to something you could buy at Sobeys or Walmart, just thrown in a mug.
