Harvey's — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Every time I order take out for my father ( he is 90) and I, by the time I get home a 3 minute drive, the burgers are cold.

So I spoke with the manager tonight and explained this to her, she couldn't understand this.

She had excuses, saying the burgers take time for the condiments, they are cooked at 190°, I told her your not listening, the burgers are cold by the time I get home, I told her they get cold waiting on the French fries and onion rings, but the manager was still full of excuses, she didn't know what to say.

There are enough people there ,unfortunately most stand around and do nothing.

I'm not impressed.

I went in tonight,

To order take out for my dad and I, walked up to the counter 4 employees there, no one acknowledged me, I asked why am I being ignored, one employee said something about not being ignored( I couldn't understand or here her, I said there are four employees standing here , she decided to take my order, I had to ask for a tray for two drinks ( wasn't offered a tray) , then the employees switched ,the lady putting the toppings on my burgers was purposely being way to kind trying too hard .

Every time I oder there it is the same experience, ignored at the till.

I live Literally Across the Street from them. Ive been going here since i was 12 Years Old. I am 26 now. Through my Military Service and Even after i came Home. This was my One Stop Place. After Serving my Time in the Military the First thing i did after i got off the plane was head down to Harvey's. This Place In particular was my childhood and i remember when it still had the Old Style Decoration from 2007. Harvey's May be listed as Fast food but something that people seem to forget is their Food Actually tastes like its grilled on a BBQ. The Burgers were my Favorite part of coming here every day after school. This Harvey's location was packed at lunch time. Make sure to take that into account when you are pressed for time - even when the service is fast. The food had the same quality as at any other Harvey's. My husband likes the burgers and I usually ask for something with chicken. We have never been disappointed. Getting to this location may be a bit tricky. The place is not easy to spot depending from which direction you come. Finding the right entrance - there are several because of other businesses - can also be a bit of an adventure if you've never been to this location. You can always walk a few steps if you ended up at the wrong parking lot.
