Extremely Unprofessional & Rude Staff – Very Disappointing Experience

I usually don’t leave reviews, but what I experienced at Pizza Hut on 10th September 2025, Wednesday around 11:00 PM was unacceptable and needs to be addressed by the management/owner. The white girl working that night was constantly yelling – not just once, but throughout the time I was there. It was very uncomfortable as a customer. While taking orders (including mine), she was on a video call with someone else. This is completely unprofessional – customers should get full attention, not split between work and personal calls. I also witnessed something very upsetting. A group of 4 guys ahead of me were paying for their order. Their English was clear and understandable, but because they didn’t have a Canadian/“native” accent and had a different skin color, she started making faces and even commented about them to the person on her video call like “you see how they are.” This was extremely disrespectful and shows clear racist behavior. On top of this, her overall attitude was arrogant, acting oversmart with no humility at all. There was no politeness or customer service skills – just rudeness and disrespect.

👉 I strongly request the owner/management to review who was working at that time and date and take action. Staff like this damage the reputation of Pizza Hut and make customers feel discriminated against and unwelcome.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut at 6348 Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the wonderful cashier, Louise, who truly made my experience memorable. Her positive attitude and warm smile instantly set the tone for a great dining experience. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely makes you feel welcome, and Louise certainly went above and beyond.

The entire staff was just as friendly and attentive. It was clear that they all take pride in their work and are dedicated to providing excellent service. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to ensure that every guest was taken care of.

As for the food, it was everything you could hope for from Pizza Hut! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with delicious toppings. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also tried some appetizers, which were just as tasty. Everything was served promptly, and the quality was top-notch.

Overall, my experience at this Pizza Hut location was outstanding. The combination of fantastic service, especially from Louise, and delicious food made it a visit worth remembering.
