Pizzaiolo — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Excellent pizza. The crust is the perfect thickness. Crispy on the outside, tender and chewy on the inside.

Loved the cup n char. Good sauce. Good cheese and the right ratios of everything.

I tried the regular pepperoni on the second pizza... Just get the cups, the regular is like you'd get at pizza pizza - Industry standard.

At 10.99 for a medium pepperoni, I think that's a good deal. I will be back.

I didn't see the cooks wash hands or use gloves moving between cash and prep though. Wasn't impressed by that but I'm also not obsessed.

There was a smell of a backing up drain though. I hope they get that taken care of soon. It's not appetizing. But the place was clean. I know I'm not going to get sick.

They're pretty new but not so new that they can't sort those things out.

I'm giving this place a 4 star, because the wait time was long after placing my order. The pizza was a bit blane because I chose the cheese with mushrooms Vegan Pizza, after a few slices it started to taste better and I enjoyed it. It was almost $19 for a small pizza, I don't know if this is normal cause I usually don't eat out at fast food restaurants. To me that's overpriced for just a small pizza, this might have been before inflations. The last time I bought pizza I remember paying around $7.00 for a Large pizza, I think this was in 2019 so I'm guessing prices on fast food has increased significantly. When they say their pizza is delicious, they’re not kidding. Honestly, if there were a word better than “delicious,” I’d use it for this place. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out with my pizza, the experience was top-notch.

Viraj, the owner, personally came over to introduce himself and the entire staff , creating such a positive, welcoming vibe. The service was warm and genuine, and they took the time to walk me through the menu and share the story behind the place.

And then… that first bite. The crunch, the sauce, the flavor, absolutely next level.

Huge thanks to Viraj and the team for the hospitality. You’ve officially earned a new regular, this is my go-to pizza...
