Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Today I went through the drive Thur about 630 this morning. To be told to move my car from the window and this is not the first time this has happened to me, actually it is everything when I order food. Today I told the girl at the window no and she said I had to move my car n I said no again and then got a dirty look for the staff there. I ordered 2 plain begals double toasted with plain cream cheese cut in half. And got 2 begals single toast ( warn bread ) and very stale. And not cut in half like I requested. My friends begal was toasted perfectly for her. I think they didn't double toast mine because I didn't move my car. I was also there on March 24 and was told by your manager Mimmi to do the same thing. Knowing that this is not your policy it is very annoying. I would like to Hear back from the head...

I walked in and wanted a Reece’s cookie and a caramel toffee ice cap waited there so 30 mins not only did they give me the wrong ice cap but gave me a oatmeal cookie instead then rolled there eyes when I told them to get me the cookie I wanted waited 10 mins for a cookie and brought out the wrong cookie again so I took it. A lady that was with us there waited 30 mins for a sandwich and kept asking for it just for them to have never made it so she got her money and left weeks prior I ordered a tea through drive the they barely spoke English and gave me a chicken sandwich instead I had to get out of my car just to get a refund so I could down my...

This is the most disgusting Tim Hortons I have ever been to.

As if the area isn't small enough, the food is made carelessly. I ordered a grilled cheese and timbits, but they somehow managed to mess up both. The bread was nearly burnt and the cheese was barely melted.. must be a temperature issue. Nevertheless, this was disappointing, and don't even get me started on the timbits. One of my timbits was filled with a strange sticky white substance inside that still haunts me to this day. The rest of the timbits were fine but you could clearly tell they weren't fresh. Anyway, that experience left me repulsed so i just threw the rest...
