Hii Iām working for skip the dishes So i came here to pick one order and i came late 10 mins so that my order will be ready but when i came here itās not ready so i asked the employee who is working here how much time my order number will take to prepare she said it will take few minutes then Iām waiting here it will take another 12 to 15 mins and the employee asked my number i told him then he asked me show me your number as their is no other order they have and Iām already told my number to girl so I refused to show him my number and they refused to give me the order in between their manager came i told her also everything Then she said you marked collected from your app i said give me the order i will mark collected then she refused me give me the order then i said ok another skipper will come to pick the order you skipped this order for me Then i leave and remove the order from my app Then Iāll get another order from pickup and i waited here for another 10 mins and then the manager will cancel my order by seeing me
I donāt no why she is working here if she is that much awful and they she also said me that whenever i came here to pickup Iāll call the another skip driver
I said ok Iāll came here always and wait you cancel and then i go
She said why not you will just not come.
I feel she have to take retirement or the company have to fired her because she is rude i noticed earlier also she is like that so many times. I hope she will...

When a blonde haired employee at your establishment last name Gaunier not sure in spelling jumped into our conversation and told me I was wrong and I did not know what I was talking about. She kept on going and embarrased the other employees. I told her that she was being fooled by the hiring of more employees for this new position which is totally beside the point of this letter. She walked away with giving us disrespectful facial expressions. Later while getting my condiments another employee told me she was a manager. I have owned and opperated a restuarant for 28 years and would have never talked to a customer the way she did. Even if she did not agree with us she should have not jumped into our conversation. I hoped you have would have had a better since of judgement when hiring your staff, especially management. I was later told this women is rude almost all the time with employees and customers. The order was 2 happy meals, a double cheeseburger combo and a bunless habanero chicken. How that takes half an hour with no one else to serve ahead of me, I don't know. The customer behind me was the first to ask what was taking so long. When she asked me how long I was waiting, that was the first time I spoke up about the wait (as I do not like to complain). Yet the best part is that none of the staff cared at all about their lack of customer service, no apology, nothing....and the manager was right there and heard the complaints. This location is a real disgrace to all the other wonderful service given at so many other McDonald's locations. BDM or executive team really needs to get involved and train this location's team to live up to the McDonald's quality of service. Very...
