UPDATE: After talking to the manager about our last experience, we decided to give it another shot. Our family went for lunch and they more than redeemed themselves. The food was delicious, service was MUCH better and it was actually nice to see that the manager serving customers as well. Thank you Travis and staff for a much better experience there. We will be back again! Our family went there tonight to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Brennan was our server. There was MAYBE 1 other table with customers. There was 1 table a few feet from us that was full of dirty dishes. I asked about the game area, what kind of cards they use. The server said its the same cards that Cineplex has down at the theatre, so we could use those if we have them instead of buying more. We ordered drinks 1st and it took almost 10 minutes to get 2 water and 3 pop. When he brought our drinks we put in the 2 kids orders (one was a hamburger and onion rings the other was chicken strips and peaches) and asked for a few more minutes for the 3 adults to decide. My daughter also showed the server the "Birthday Offer" she received for a free order of garlic bread. It took at least 15 minutes for the kids orders to come out and Brennan to ask for OUR orders. Another 20+ minutes for us to get our poutine, burger and fries with a side of tomatoes and 9 boneless wings plus a Game Starter Platter. We ordered a Wackyrita Margarita, a chocolate milk and a refill of sprite for the kids and it took me asking 3 times and 2 different servers before we finally got those. The burgers had no flavour whatsoever. The wings were dry as were the strips. One member of our party liked the fries, but the rest of us did not, including the kids. We werent given sour cream for the mushroom caps. When the kids went to play the games, the cards didn't work. We found out from the manager and another server that Brennan gave us false and incorrect information. We now had to buy new cards and put money on them. Then when it came time to pay, Brennan handed me the bill and before I could look at it, he started pushing the interact machine at me to rush me. I asked Brennan what the issue was with the service, that it was really horrid service and they really had no excuse I could see since there was no one else in there. He looked at me, offered no explanation and said "I am sorry you feel the service was not good" then he walked away. It was only at the end of our meal that they finally cleaned the table of the dirty dishes that were there when we were seated. When we got home, I finally had a chance to look at my copy of the bill, I found out he did not take the cost of the FREE garlic bread off the bill! To say that this experience was a disappointment is honestly an understatement. Update as of August 1 : When I posted the review, a response was given by Wacky Wings asking me to email them and discuss the situation. I did so the very next morning. I have yet to receive a response to the requested email.

We normally have a good experience here but I was extremely disappointed with our most recent visit. We asked for a high chair for our 13 month old girl. We strapped her in and maybe 10 minutes go by and I noticed something wasn't right. Next thing I know, I see her slipping forward through the bars where the strap should be holding her in... I jumped across the table to catch her from falling out the front. The middle strap somehow was broken. They took it away and I had to ask for another Highchair...well as we are trying to strap her in... the clips are broken. So 2 highchairs not in safe working manner for little toddlers. Then they brought over a booster seat that connects to the chairs...no problem as there are straps to keep our little in the booster chair. Well after a few moments of the manager trying to strap it into the chair, she gave up because it was "to complicated ". So my husband took a few seconds to get it strapped to the chair. Although some of the staff seemed concerned and asked if our girl was okay, I don't feel like they went above and beyond for us knowing the baby chairs are not up to safety standards and our girl could have been seriously injured. Our dinner went on and the food finally arrived. Our son and his friend ordered the kids burger. When we saw that it was a regular burger cut in half, we had to ask what happened to the burger. The serve at first said that it was a 4 oz burger...well there is no way the adult patty is 8oz. He then tried to say that it depends on who is in the kitchen. He eventually brought thw manager over who tried to tell us that they roll the meat in the back so we showed her and asked how this cut in half patty is rolled... she tried to applogize and offered to take the kids meals off the bill...well it was Sunday and it was free to begin with. She then offered to have the kitchen make another 2 burgers which we agreed and brought out 2 adult burgers, which made me wonder how many half burgers were sent out that day. All in all, not a great experience and ill be sure to inspect the seating from now on as I clearly can't trust that the management staff do so.

We left most of our food uneaten. Everything that came out of the deep fryer tasted like burning nasty oil that hadn't been cleaned. The wing sauces / seasonings were worse than not good. I'm not against paying well for a decent meal but this place was pretty expensive for what it serves even if they weren't making a mess of it. I only give this 2 stars instead of 1 because of the better than bad service.

This place is full of unpleasant. You should know, despite there being an "arcade" (full of literal screaming children) this restaurant is above a strip club. The service was acceptable but slow, despite my concerns reading other reviews. The good news stopped there. Decided to try here early on a Friday night because I have a kid that loves wings. We left most of our food uneaten. Everything that came out of the deep fryer tasted like burning nasty oil that hadn't been cleaned. The wing sauces / seasonings were worse than not good. I'm not against paying well for a decent meal but this place was pretty expensive for what it serves even if they weren't making a mess of it. I only give this 2 stars instead of 1 because of the better than bad service.

Well let’s just start off with me and my girlfriend where in town all day so by 10 pm we where hungry so we came here we waited for 15 minutes just to be Seated and than when the Waitress did come she hurried up to get us seated than ran back to the bar and didn’t Acknowledge us for another 15 minutes than when she did come back to give us our drinks she hurried up to take our order and ran back to the bar so we sat there for another 20 minutes wating on our food than when it did come out she placed it on the table and took off my girlfriend chicken sandwich was burned to a crisp and here loaded baked potatoes where cold as ice and I had a burger that was burned to a crisp and the taco poutine was nasty it tasted like it came from a can and was sitting out all day and the waitress didn’t even come back to our table to see if everything was ok I had to have half of my girlfriends pop cuz I was so Dehydrated from the mess they call food all the waitresses was caring about is the guys sitting at the bar did I mention we where the only ones in there and 5 guys sitting at the bar our meal came up to $60 and we didn’t even finish it cuz it was so nasty and cold this establishment should be ashamed of themselves serving food like this at this price and the date we came on was February 27th 2018 at 10.30 so whoever was the cook and waitress should have a good talking to no customer should be treated like this never again...
