Ate there Aug 24, 2024, late afternoon for early dinner.
Staff was good but not as fast as I would hope. There was only 10 sets of tables active and probably in a place that can accomodate 100 tables. They were attentive in our request that me and my guest wanted to use our groupon separately as we wanted to pay our own food separately. It took time to sort things out but they got the idea after 10 min of going back to their manager to ask. It's kind of weird that it's taking that LOOOONG with less customers around. Hard to flag servers down since there's a tall divider. You can try putting your hand up but LOL! amongst whatever they are doing, I'm sure 6 servers i saw for 10 active tables were busy with something else.
My son was having fun with the crayons. Although the pages were already coloured. It looked like a brochure with only the back to "colour" on.

Pasta - Creamy Mushroom and Spanish Bake = $21.99 This was too salty. Not talking about all the cheese being cheesy, it is VERY VERY SALTY like there was too much salt placed already. And the bread was even saltier! i could not even take 1 bite to help me with the pasta's saltiness. So everything was too salty that we gulped so much water and we got full from the water. SIGH. We paid for it so we ate it and my husband tried to finish it all. _

Hello there My friend and I were there on Friday July 17 and sitting inside. At first we ordered one drink, the lady got us 2 drinks, and she made us feel guilty that if we did not drink the second drink she would throw it out. So I sensed that if we say no, it is going to be wasted. I respond to her, you making us guilty and trying to convince us to drink it. After a few seconds we agree to have it. Then we ordered appy and our order was nachos without olives and double order of chicken wings, I even repeated to myself that I am allergic to olive. She confirmed she understood. When our food arrived I started eating wings first and put all the salsa and guacamole on top of nachos. I nibbled some and suddenly noticed I was coughing and having a burning sensation on my food pipe. I looked at the food more carefully and noticed some olives in there. I had to reach into my bag and get antihistamine to prevent further problems and put the food aside. If I would not have my medicine it would have been a 911 call for a paramedic to come to help and inject me with EpiPen. The server came and I told her what happened and again confirmed with her if she remembered my order not to have any olives. She confirmed and blamed the kitchen staff. she took the food away and ordered the new one and offered us a 20% discount. I do not think my life would be worth only 20% of the bill. A human life worth a lot more than 20% of $77.34. So she also offered us one new drink and I agreed to have it. At the end when the bill came for the payment, I decided not to put any tips due to my health being at risk from the food. As were walking out she loudly said she lost money because we did not put any tips for our payment. Few things here is important to keep in mind: 1- human life 2- Tips are not mandatory 3- blaming someone else for the mistake means she takes no responsibility 4- No offer of the help only offer of discount while I was suffering at the time of reaction. I had this very bad experience there with my family On the night that Vancouver hockey game was was held, the place was very noisy, very loud and disturbing!! we waited for more than 30 minutes initially to be seated, and when we got in, we found that there were lots of seats available!!! when I asked the staff that why they have so many vacant seats and tables they ask the customers to wait for more than 30 minutes. Outside, They said that their kitten did not have the capacity to serve the guests!!! so when they don’t have the capacity to serve the number of tables that they have fitted in there why they do so?!! when we asked the staff that we preferred a table on the balcony, they refused and said the balcony is not useable until June!!! so we selected one of the vacant tables inside, and when we were going to take the seats, one of the careless servants hit my daughters eye with the sharp corner of the menu she had in her hand!!:(( this caused my daughter, so much of pain and bothering, and we were so worried that it could impair her vision for her life!!! this way this terrible experience with this namely restaurant got even worse when we asked the manager to fill up an incident report. he reached out to the restaurant owner to get permission and he was told to fill up an incident report, but not to hand it over to us!!! so this made the situation worse and made us frustrated after he took all of our identity information to fill up the incident report, but was resisting giving us a copy of it!!! Finally he gave us a copy of it when he felt our frustration and satisfaction with their poor service and after I warned them, I would call the police if they didn’t give us the incident report!! I heard from other customers that they had seen instances of brawl and fighting at the nights of contests and matches at this place when they had to call the police to interfere!!!! I never recommend this restaurant of Boston Pizza to anyone with families and children. We had dined out in other locations of Boston Pizza, but this one was a terrible one.
