I am a young teenage girl and I went there a few times while on walks with my small dog. Most of the times I visited, I was greeted by the part time workers who were really sweet and loved my dog, they were totally fine with me holding him (facing away from the food and customers) since he is quite a loud dog and I don't want him to be aggressive outside. And although I understand dogs should be kept outside, I'm out with the dog by myself on walks, and him being a potential aggravation to other dogs is just not as safe as me holding him.
However one recent visit crushed my impressions of the place. This time I was greeted by the owner, or, who I assumed to be the owner. He looked extremely annoyed and unwelcoming and was very irritated when I went in for just a few seconds with my dog in my arms (knowing its not the most sanitary, I kept the dog facing away from the customers and the food items) . He kept insisting i keep the dog outside chained, but I know my dog won't be able to keep to himself (especially since it was a weekend) and I had no one else with me to hold him outside, I told him my dog is aggressive but he still said no. In the end I said he will hurt others and he continued to serve me with a very offensive glare. He gave me a cup instead of a cone when I said I wanted a waffle cone and the portion was quite small too. Definitely not worth $5.
I just moved to North Vancouver, this is not a good place to get ice cream/Gelato. Especially when the part time workers are nicer and better than the...
Read more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ross Crepes is hands-down one of the best spots I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the irresistible aroma of freshly made crepes and coffee.
Their ice creams are out of this world—so creamy and packed with flavor. Whether you’re a classic vanilla fan or adventurous with unique flavors, they have something to please every palate.
The affogatos? Simply perfection. The combination of rich espresso and velvety ice cream is a match made in heaven, and Ross Crepes nails it every time. It’s the ultimate pick-me-up for any time of day.
And let’s talk about their sandwiches! Fresh, hearty, and loaded with flavor. The ingredients are clearly top-notch, and the care that goes into crafting each one is evident. It’s not just food—it’s an experience.
Ross Crepes is the kind of place you’ll find yourself craving and coming back to again and again. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go—you won’t regret it!

Read moreI’ve been living in North Shore for five years now, and I always try to support small local businesses whenever I can. Yesterday, I went with a friend to buy some ice cream. While we were deciding what to get—and I was explaining to my friend in Spanish the difference between gelato and regular ice cream, as she’s new to it—the older man behind the counter kept interrupting us, asking what he could serve. I kindly let him know we were still making up our minds.
When we were finally ready to order, I told him in English what I wanted. His response was, “Speak English,” even though I had just done so. I found his attitude unwelcoming and quite off-putting. It created a very uncomfortable vibe Thankfully, another staff member stepped in right away and helped us with our order in a much more professional and...
