Staff are always prompt to welcome you to this casual hidden gem in Lower Lonsdale with ample covered seating outside and a few quaint tables inside. A wonderful perk is that this establishment is dog friendly provided you're seated outdoors!

The menu selection is not too large to be overwhelmed with but caters many options from breakfast to lunch favourites...and a major shout out to the fresh baked goods and homemade soups prepared daily. They never disappoint and are Michelin star worthy! If you do not have time for a sit down meal, take-out is an option.

The team delivers a wonderful dining experience, they've developed a well balanced menu utilizing local ingredients and provide consistency across the board.

We always look forward to dining here and you...

Came here for breakfast today for the first time, as they are usually closed when I walk past, and they were finally open!

To be honest, I dont think I'll come back, not for breakfast anyway.

The hash browns are those McCain hash browns they just deep fry. You've had them 1000 times before.

The bacon was thin and overcooked.

The eggs were nicely cooked and medium poached, which I asked for.

The multigrain toast was decent.

The breakfast was $18.00, but for that price, you're better off going to Jam or Catch 122 (both close by) and getting freshly made hash browns, house made jams and sauces.

The service was great, as was the atmosphere!

For music, they were playing Hate it or Love it by 50 Cent at one point,...

The best kept lower Lonsdale secret? Definitely!

Awesome food from amazingly tasty and very reasonably priced breakfasts (breakfast sandwiches are topnotch and cheap) to fantastic dinner options. And let’s not forget the baked goods! Go in on a Saturday morning and grab a giant fresh baked cinnamon bun, best ever!

The staff, from the servers to the kitchen, are extremely friendly and welcoming. Plus, the owners are super hard working. Which is why the food and atmosphere are so inviting.

I highly recommend searching this lovely place out. Take that stairs up from Esplanade (it’s right beside Shoppers) or stroll through the courtyard off of 1st Street. Look for those yellow/gold...

I was walking by, with my dogs when the lovely Heidi introduced herself and the restaurant. I had no intention of eating at the time but her warmth, and top tier customer service ( offered my dogs a treat, showed me the menu with no pressure to dine ) I actually turned around and came back for a snack. As a North Vancouver local, it’s rare I find somewhere with delicious food, amazing service and overall a fantastic atmosphere that doesn’t have an insane wait time. ( heated patio - chill music, no pressure to order more ) I got the breakfast sandwich with the house made biscuit (to die for) and will be back, probably too often ;)

It's a small little place, but definitely a gem. I have been here a few times for lunch already and they never disappoint. We had The Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich, a little bland, extra crispy and they came with a tray of condiments to accommodate. We also had The Greek Chicken Gyro, which was not my first time, but it did not disappoint. Both came with a side, but we chose fries. Both lunch meals were $21 each, so not cheap, but for the quality, it was reasonable compared to all the restaurants in the same neighborhood. Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu.

Was looking for a place we hadn't yet visited in Lower Lonsdale and chose Kitchen Craft Eatery based on the glowing reviews on Google. We had the Hoisin Meatloaf Banh Mi and the Greek Chicken Gyro (no photo) with tomato soup. The soup was delicious and served piping hot. The sandwiches were flavourful and generously portioned. The key lime pie dessert was creamy and quite luxurious. Service was very friendly and accommodating as we were allowed to delay our reservation as we were running late. Would recommend unequivocally!
