I received a really terrible pizza from Freshslice yesterday evening via Skip the Dishes. I posted a one star review for the Esplanade location but later found out from Skip the Dishes that the pizza came from the Lynn Valley location. Despite this, the Store Manager Ben Asadi from the Esplanade location, contacted me with an apology and even though his location didn't mess up the pizza, he offered to send me another pizza free of charge. When my doorbell rang at 5pm, Ben (the store manager) had hand-delivered the pizza personally to apologize for the terrible food we received from the Lynn Valley location. In fact, he even added a free order of cheesy bread. Thanks Ben Asadi, for taking the time to fix our issue and deliver an awesome pizza (it looked wayyyyy better than the terrible pizza we received from the Lynn Valley location). You've restored our faith in your company and we will definitely order again (just not from Lynn Valley). Thanks for providing amazing...
Read moreBe aware that when you order and pay online through the Freshslice website they outsource the delivery to Skip the Dishes who never delivered my pizzas despite claiming that they did. I paid a delivery fee and a tip in advance just so my friends and I could wait over an hour, never get the pizzas and call to find out they were delivered 30 minutes earlier to someone else apparently. Worst of all Skip the Dishes refused to admit their mistake. I rarely order delivery and the one time I do it, this happens. God forbid I get to watch the Super Bowl uninterrupted. Lol! Anyways I went to the Freshslice location and Abid made me 2 more pizzas right away. He even gave me a free slice and beverage while I waited as he tried to make up for Skip the Dishes incompetence. He was very polite and apologetic even though he was losing profit. To sum it all up, 0 stars for Skip the Dishes and 5 stars for Abid at Freshslice...

Friendly advice: stop giving yourselves positive reviews and take responsibility for your poor customer service. I usually don’t give reviews, but I just wanted to let people know what are they dealing with. I ordered a pizza the other day, when I went down there to pick it up, one of the team members just aggressively told me my order is not ready and I’ll have to wait for an hour! I understand if you are busy but you’ll just have to learn how to behave! Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and I’m quite sure I won’t be back there ! My opinion?
