Food is good (quality + portions)... but the staff is rude and disorganized.
I ordered with my partner and they asked me to leave (ā1 person from one household onlyā). Okay, fair enough.
Except right after us, another couple walks in. Orders in full. Not asked to leave.
When our order was ready, I asked why she asked one of us to leave (but the other couple got to stay and order together). She said, with full confidence and a huge attitude, that we were ā4 peopleā, not ā2ā. .....nope. We were 2 people. Is it really about the health guidelines or a power trip? Stay consistent!
Another time, we were told 20-30 mins. Took over 45 mins to have the food ready. This time, they mentioned that they had one big order and it put the rest on hold.
I think as theyāve gotten popular, they seem to have been getting more disorganized. This impacts the entire experience. When you order food, you also expect to pick it up on time. Itās important they think about ways to improve customer experience.
Yes, youāre a restaurant that only does pick up, but you still need to improve the experience. Their kitchen is always so crowded, why not have someone outside to accommodate orders? And leave the indoor to only picking up? Anyways, thatās just a recommendation. But I hope that this place focuses on improving the customerās experience. Quality food is not enough to get 5 stars. Itās a hassle each...

I don't know how they cook their chicken but there's something wrong with it because I had a very bad time after eating it. They claimed to have called it, but the speaker is so loud that there's no way I would miss it. I got a refund but no food, so I have no idea how the food is here. They claimed that I was supposed to go in to check for my order and blamed me for their poor service, but the sign outside clearly says to wait outside until they call the number. I should've just gone inside earlier, but I assumed they would be calling my order number, plus the store was constantly crowded inside despite COVID. At least they refunded my money without any problem, but it was a huge waste of 45 minutes. I went to Yaas instead and got my food in under 10 minutes.
Edit: the reply claims they called my number multiple times. If this is true, they definitely didn't use the machine that calls out the names loudly. They used that machine only about 3 or 4 times while I was waiting and none of the numbers were mine.
