I came here on February 12th, 2025 during my 1 hour lunch break. It was very busy when I ordered so I sat down and expected to wait a while. I ordered at 12:00 and come 12:25 I still hadn’t heard my name being called so I decide to ask them if there’s any reason it’s taking half an hour to get my food? That seems excessive. At this point more than half of my lunch break is over. They said someone took my order. I was furious. Unless someone has the exact same name as me and was in there around the exact time as me I do not know how this is possible. They obviously didn’t try very hard to call out the name either because I was right there and didn’t hear my name once. I am also hard of hearing which I don’t expect them to know but for people with disabilities like this maybe that should be put into consideration. They said they would make me a new order which is great but I still had to wait half an hour for it so I asked for a refund and the girl who said she would re make my order pointed to the girl cashier saying she’ll help you. The girl cashier then tried to fight me over the refund essentially. She said are you still getting your order? I said yes I am. She said so why do you need a refund if you’re still getting your order? I said obviously because I still had to wait half an hour for it and wasted my entire lunch break over it with less than 10 minutes to eat it before I have to get back to work. She wasn’t getting my point and making it even worse. She smiled sarcastically away from me towards another coworker and then finally gave me the refund. I messaged the Tim Hortons instagram about this Incident and they took my information and asked if I wanted the restaurant to contact me and I said yes yet I still haven’t been contacted. Honestly, I am not even a fan of Tim Hortons to begin with and I never order here but I didn’t bring my lunch and there were no other options for me that day. I definitely will never be coming back and that will be easy as that’s what I pretty much already do. You guys...
Read moreHad one of the worst and racist customer experiences by this location at 12:00pm on 22/01/25. I’ve come to this location many times, and I haven’t had any big issues with the staff there, the service is usually mediocre and sub par but I don’t make a big deal out of it, cuz hey, it’s a fast food/coffee spot and the employees are probably breaking their back for minimum wage, so I get it. All good.
But there’s this one East Indian employee (about 5”7, 140lbs, olive complexion, with a mild case of facial acne) who has the worst attitude and expression. Everytime she cashes in my order she always acts extremely rude, and screws it up completely, even when I have my son and my family with me, she takes it upon her self to disrespect them as well. My family are religious people and didn’t take it seriously at all because they fear and love God.
On this particular day she took my order as usual, acted extremely rude and ordered me to move over to grab it at the other side, where else everyone else before me, she was extremely kind to, and didn’t ask them to wait on the other end like she told me. This isolated incident might seem like a mild misunderstanding, buts it’s been a pattern and an accumulation of negative and derogatory experiences and today was just the last day I could handle this abuse.
I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit against this location before the summer of 2025.
I hope that individual is rewarded for her wickedness and God gives her what she deserves in this life, and in...
Read moreThe employees at this location were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. I ordered a steeped tea — something I’ve been having daily from Tim Hortons for over four years — and it was cold. When I politely brought it up to the staff, one of the employees immediately started arguing with me instead of listening, speaking over me non-stop.
She then replaced the tea using the exact same pot I had just told her was cold. I asked her, “What are you doing? I already mentioned it’s cold — you need to make a fresh one.” Instead of addressing the concern, she simply turned her back and walked away.
This kind of behavior shows a serious lack of training and customer service awareness. I even told her it might not be her fault — perhaps the machine’s heater isn’t working properly or the settings are off, and it should be reported. Still, she ignored me and walked off.
I sincerely hope the owner takes this seriously and begins to train staff not only to listen to customers, but to treat them with respect. It’s frustrating when employees assume customers are lying instead of trying to resolve a simple issue.
In the end, they handed me the same cold tea again, hoping it would somehow be hotter — it wasn’t. I threw it out and went to another Tim Hortons where the tea was perfect as always. This location clearly needs proper training in how customer service actually works, I’ve been coming here every morning , I...
