Read moreI came to this beer town location many times and always had a good time but this time around it was not the same. I came in to celebrate a night with my friends before I step into fatherhood and we were also celebrating my friends birthday. When we came in we told the servers that it was going to be separate bills. We got there at 8:15PM and we all ordered food and a few beers. Around 11PM the server came to us and said they won’t be serving us anymore and they will be cutting us off. It didn’t make any sense as we all stayed in our table and didn’t make any loud noise. When we asked why they are not serving us anymore they mentioned it was because we had too many drinks and we don’t have a ride home. Reality is that we were 12 guys and we were drinking 1 beer at a time and I even explained to the server that our wives/girlfriends are picking us up and they still didn’t listen. Our wives/girlfriends ended up coming to pick us up and came inside to hangout for a bit as well and noticed how rude the manager and the servers were to us. It definitely felt like they were racial profiling as we noticed other tables in the restaurant and they were given more drinks than us. At the end when we wanted to pay and leave that was another issue as the servers had no clue who ordered what and mixed up all the bills. Everyone ended up paying a lot more than they should have and it was just a mess. I would not recommend this restaurant for doing any big gathering and I will never come back to this place after all...
Read moreI went to Beertown on a Friday evening to celebrate one friend entering fatherhood and another friend's birthday. We had a big group of about 12 guys and we ordered food and drinks. Later on in the night for some reason we were told by our waitresses that we are all being cut-off from drinks because our group ordered too many. But they failed to realize that they're serving 12 guys, so collectively the number of drinks served to our table is going to be high. However, individually we did not have many drinks. The waitresses and manager (who btw were very rude) claimed that they were concerned about us driving home. This absolutely made no sense, first you serve us drinks and then all of the sudden your concerned about us driving? We had informed them that no one is driving and that we have our girlfriends/wives coming to pick us up. None of the guys were drunk, we were not sloppy and we were not loud. We stayed in our corner and at our table the entire time. The waitresses were very unprofessional and had no idea who ordered what. It was like this was the first time they served a large group. The bills were completely wrong and we all ended up paying for things that we did not even order. Needless to say, this was the worst establishment I have ever been to and will not...
