Forget all those furniture stores on Dundas street, don't even bother looking if you want a quality piece. ICONIC furniture is a true gem of a store. Dunia and Jay are very knowledgeable, helpful and relaxed. There was no pressure to buy, they just show you what's available, explain the customization options, answer any questions and let the products do the talking. It was refreshing, particularly for this type of industry.

I found the sofa I wanted but a little too large to fit in my space. Jay was able to completely redesign half the sofa so it would fit perfectly and incorporate features from other products that I wanted. I was delighted with the workmanship of this redesign. Now using the sofa for a few weeks, it's obvious that Iconic only sells excellent quality products.

When it comes to the materials used it was a difficult decision made effortless by the expertise of Dunia. She has an excellent eye for design and helped me choose colors and materials that match seamlessly with my decor. These two are excellent at what they do. Plus, they are super nice people to work with. It did not feel like those commissioned sales stores on Dundas street.

Even though a redesigned sofa would take more time to create, it still came two weeks early. Dunia was kind enough to accommodate my schedule for the delivery too.

Absolutely great service beyond our expectation, We went 10-15 furniture store to get furniture for my new home & i like to explore the market what is new as i like to have something unique for my home. My friend told me about Iconic store & thought it will be same kind of furniture as others, But it was completely different collection then others.

As soon as you enter the store guaranteed you will say wohhh. They had great set up & very well organized. We visited 5 times Iconic before we made up our mind & gave them order. Everytime they meet you with smile face & friendly environment. So long story short I got customized bed, Buffet table, Beautiful sofa for living room, Ottoman for entrance, Mirror for hallway. Prices are very reasonable & competetive.

Delivery guys were very professional & they installed buffet table & sofa & cleaned up all the mess and took the boxes with them. I am really happy from their store & service. Definetly worth...

We decided to visit Iconic influenced by very favourable online reviews. We investigated further by visiting the showroom where the commitment to customer service and product quality was evident. We were impressed by the personalized service we received from Jay. As a result of this impressive experience, we decided to proceed with our purchase.

As promised, the product arrived at our home at the agreed upon date. It was at that time that a hiccup became evident. Specifically, the version of the ottoman received was standard while we ordered the storage version. It was at this point that the "wow" experience took place. Jay immediately responded, apologized and committed to a prompt replacement. We are thrilled to report that the correct ottoman was manufactured and delivered.
