I had an amazing experience at Panago Pizza thanks to Ferdows and especially Yahia. While both provided great service, Yahia truly went above and beyond. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail stood out from the moment I walked in.

Yahia has a way of making every customer feel important—he listens carefully, double-checks orders, and makes sure everything is perfect before handing it over. On top of that, his friendly attitude and genuine care turn a regular pizza pickup into a memorable experience.

Ferdows was also helpful and professional, but Yahia really shines as the kind of person who sets the bar for excellent customer service. Panago Pizza is lucky to have someone like him...

I could give zero star right now, they first sent us wrong pizza and it has happened before. The pizza did not have the topping on it and when we complaint about it they said that they will send us the pizza. We got a call after half an hour from the customer care that the manager checked the surveillance camera and there was all the toppings on pizza and asked us to send a picture of the pizza as if we will lie about a medium pizza. We sent the picture to the customer service and then they apologized for their mistake. After waiting for half an hour for our correct pizza we did not get anything ! Worst experience ever and they tried to say that we lied...

If you are vegan, this is the (chain) pizza place to go! They clearly label everything that is vegan (how hard can it be!?) And staff are very knowledgeable about anything that may be obscure. They have a vegan pizza deal that is fantastic. You get 1 pizza, 1 salad and 1 juice. I wish there were a few more options for vegan salad dressings, but this place is doing pretty great so far at offering plenty of options for vegans. Ordering online is also very easy, Although the time estimation you get may not always be accurate. The app once said that it would take 2 hours for my pizza to come, but it luckily came in...
