Gotcha Bubble Tea Oakville — Restaurant in Oakville

I don’t know what kind of scam this place is running but I was here on Nov 10th at 7:45 pm. I ordered the mango slush with mango popping. The lady that took my order said the popping was extra. I said that’s fine, then she comes up to me again and says the mango slices are extra as well. I replied it’s literally on the picture why would you charge me extra for it. She said thats only for the pictures and it would cost additional. So basically she admitted to false advertising. Not sure what’s going on with the nickel and diming customers for a few extra dollars. I find it extremely pathetic. Just a note that this was not my first time buying this drink and I’ve never paid extra for the mango slices. Btw the drink was over $10 with all the additional nonsense charges. I won’t be coming back here again...

This is a very lovely place, clean and with a modern setting. The staff are very friendly and patient. I ordered the mango parfait and a drink was specially made for me: Lychee/peach fruit tea, I was debating between lychee or peach and the owner suggested mixing the two. While I could taste the combination of lychee and peach, I also savoured the freshly brewed tea. It was a perfect balance of all the flavours. Both my drinks were super delicious! They offer so many choices and good thing is they have the Top 20 drinks, which made my decision much easier. The location is very convenient, and there is plenty of parking available! My kids enjoyed it so much and we will be back...

Gotcha is hands-down my favorite bubble tea spot, and every visit is such a treat. Their Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée is my absolute go-to,perfectly sweet with chewy pearls that are always just right.

i ended up trying the desserts there, the Mango one is super refreshing—light, fruity, and just the right amount of sweetness. And the Taro one was so smooth and comforting, like a cozy dessert in a cup. You can really taste the quality in everything they serve.

The vibe in the store is cute and relaxing, and the staff are always friendly and efficient....
