Taking my time out to write this review and I hope the owner make changes after reading this.

Food: I am trying this for the second time, it wasnt good for what I paid. I ordered the chicken with rice bowl. It was very less chicken SPRINKLED on top. The SPRINKLED Chicken was dry and smelly, not fresh at all. Coleslaw was cabbage pieces with "no taste" watery dressing squirted on top. It was not good at all. I could not finish the bowl, this is not right.

Service: I understand the owner hiring international students and new comers, its good and I appreciate it. However they need to be well trained before you put them on the line. They need serious training on how to give a better customer service and make customers visits pleasant. Their answer to everything I asked for was "No" "we can't" "we aren't allowed by the manager" etc. Charging for every little thing or alterations is outrageous.

Been Boustan customer for last 10 years or so. Went to almost dozen different branches of Boustan Restaurant. But this new branch in Oakville is simply a disaster one. Don’t know why people have given 5 stars, probably they were not to different other Boustan branches in Montreal. The taste and freshness of food is way way below par. Ordered food for the guests and went there to pick delivery. There was no other customer except us. None of the guests finished their food and left some. Potatoes, sauces and salad doesn’t feel fresh. Quantity of sauces in chicken box is almost half as given in Montreal branches. Overall our experience is a disaster. The 5 star reviews and lack of customers in the branch doesn’t match. We want this branch to be a successful venture in Oakville and for this the management has to think about the taste and freshness of the food.
