Super flavourful food with good portions for the price!

After talking with one of the owners he explained that the food is the same recipe and quality as Por Vida but oriented towards quick bites and take out. The prices of the food ranges from $15-20 depending on toppings and protein selection which is actually quite fair when you compare the price of fast food in the area.

Atmosphere is great and the murals on the wall are really impressive and intricate. Very cozy inside and welcoming staff help seal the deal!

The service was great and their advice on the variety of salsas was much appreciated. The food was also pretty good. I simply thought that the price was pretty high for what you actually get. I did notice some larger "family style" portion options on certain items. At $7.50 per Birria taco, I thought it would come with more, like a side or something. Nope. If you want chips salsa, tacos, and a drink, be prepared to spend about $40 to $50 per person (pre-tip). I want this place to make it and so finding a better value point for your customer is probably something the owners will need...

We mistakenly thought this was the restaurant (next-door) and ended up staying anyway to eat in. Great burrito and bowl. Was very filling but super tasty. Authentic flavours and good sized portions. We'll be back to eat at the restaurant side but the takeout / quick serve side was pretty good and definitely an option if you don't want or have time for...
