Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Oakville

Horrendous experience here. I usually do not post about my time in restaurants but the way I was treated by the two employees at this place was terrible. I myself work in the customer service industry and I know that is not how you speak to customers let alone another human. I came in to order 20 wings and they overcharged me for an extra dip and split the box into two boxes of 10 wings each for some reason. This totalled my order at 30+ dollars. The lady who cashed me out did not even mention that there would be an extra charge and just put the wings in two separate boxes. When asked to review my order, both employees were extremely condescending and rude and did not offer to change my order or recompensate me for the difference in price. Furthermore, when questioned about the price I should’ve been charged for the wings (22.49), he proceeded to tell me that “the price advertised on their board is wrong and that the price went up”. I mean…. It’s fine if the price went up, but you have to sell to customers at the price that you’re advertising, you have to inform customers about this before they pay. Pizza pizza used to be my favourite but after poor customer service and lack of following policy I was greatly disappointed. My order was placed at 10:05 online with a guarantee of it being free if the wait was longer then 50min I was waiting by the door waiting for my pizza after receiving a missed call from them with a message saying they ran out of a type of pop which they said would be given something else instead. This was at 10:30 so I then went to wait outside as I figured it would be delivered soon it was 11:05 when I came back in I was then on hold with customers service for over a hour I explained and they said they were there wasnt anyone outside when I was outside and the person on the phone lied that they called to tell us they were outside and were persistently rude saying that we never called them back so it was never delivered and then changed the story that they called because they were waiting and that no one came to the door...we were waiting out side. They asked if we would like the order to be resent saying that we would have to pay even though they promised a 50 min or free policy. From the moment I walked in, I knew this pizza spot was something special. The service was absolutely outstanding, every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience. My order was taken quickly, and the food arrived hot and fresh in no time.

And the pizza? Simply incredible. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside while soft and airy inside, the sauce was rich and full of flavor without being overpowering, and the toppings tasted fresh and high-quality. Each bite felt like it was crafted with care. Even the smaller details, like the way everything was plated and presented, showed the pride this place takes in its food. What impressed me most was the consistency. Every dish we tried was just as amazing as the pizza itself.
