Edit 2023-05-25* Google Reviews would not allow me to add an additional review so I am editing my one from couple years ago. I stopped going to this location because the service was so horrible. I contacted the owner and he didn't want to hear it and gave nothing but excuses.
I decided to try this location again Fall of 2022 and the new manager is a total delight and her new team is amazing! VERY pleased!
I have been going to this location since it opened. Once again I was at the 639 Southdale Rd location in London Ont at 7:15. Was at the drive thru order window for 5 min and no one went to the speaker to take my order. I have to be to work for 730. So I left. The staff Mon-Fri are rude and totally unfriendly and constantly get my order wrong, but I usually put up with it because the food is good. Twice I tested a theory, after I ordered I spoke zero words and the weekly staff in return said zero to me. Customer service is horrible during the week. On the weekend, the one girl is so lovely I usually tip her 2-5 dollars. I rec'd an email from the manager Derek last time this happened and I rec'd some bogus reply about keeping staff due to covid. Read moreI recently visited this restaurant to buy two Buddy Burgers to-go. Upon placing my order, the staff insisted that I sit down while waiting for my food, even though I had ordered it to-go. When I politely declined, they seemed offended and caused a commotion when I requested a refund so I could leave.
In Canada, customers have the right to wait for their orders in whatever manner they choose, as long as it is reasonable and not disruptive. I found the staff's behavior inappropriate, especially when the restaurant was empty, and my standing did not inconvenience anyone.
It's important for all employees to understand and respect customers' rights, including those with disabilities who may have specific needs. Additionally, clear communication in either of Canada’s official languages, English or French, is essential to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a positive customer experience.

Most places won't take food back into the restaurant when it was made wrong to protect staff and future customers from Covid risks, and even though my partner tried to tell staff I had been sick this week, they still asked for the handled food back and put the bag on their counter with other orders. When we asked to speak to the manager we were informed there is no manager at that location and offered a small fry instead of our correct order. I was surprised that with no line, and 4-5 staff there, it took 20+ minutes for two burgers.
