Is absolutely disappointed with my visit. The new female manager is extremely rude. And very argumentative. Food quality suck tonight everything was cold and Soggy . Considering I nearly spent a hundred dollars for food that was absolutely disgusting. Months of six must have sat there for hours . Try to give me nuggets for chicken strips. Told me that there was never a junior roast beef and cheddar. Which I basically called her A liar. I don't know what has happened there in the last couple of months, but it's not for the good. Wish the old manager was there he was awesome food was always hot and fresh. And we would never have an issue waiting for food if it Why is fresh. Is lady also serve me a raw chicken figure. I went in for my first time yesterday. Wasn't busy. I ordered a jr beef sandwich, curly fries, gravy and horsey sauce. The sandwich was a bun cut in half and 3 pieces of shaved beef. The curly fries made sense. They (the fries) were good. The side of gravy was bigger than the sandwich. That's not a side. If the side is bigger than a jr then it isn't a side lol. No freakin horsey sauce. I call horse play lol Terrible sandwich. Curly fries were good. They (the person taking "care" of my order) should be able to remember 4 items. They were way too enthused about the guy ahead of me getting every sauce but 5 of each sauce basically lol. They lost focus. That kind of sucked to see but that is not my job. ATTENTION ALL PREGNANT WOMEN!!!!! after a long drive home we stop to grab some food food, to my pleasent surprise not only was the food better then I expected but the staff at this location went above and beyond for me making sure I had everything thing I needed with a smile on their faces, the customer service was the best I have experienced at any location in a long time all thanks and shout outs go to Dennis and his great coworkers whom I wish I had gotten the names of, I will be returning next time I want an amazing chocolate milkshake 🤤 and some yummy fresh curly fries, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, the little monster growing inside me and myself are now very happily full bellied 💗, if you got a hancuring for fast take out with a greatly positive customer service this is definitely the place to be in Belleville!!!!
