We love Mucho Burrito and have been going to the Oshawa location for many years and they have always been fantastic. We recently moved and ended up going to this Belleville location for the first time and it was just horrible. It's the closest location to us and we live 40 min away. We always order double meat and there was maybe like 5-6 pieces of meat in the whole burrito. They got all the toppings wrong which didn't matter because there were like no toppings on the burrito to begin with. I tried speaking to the manager about it where I was called a liar and that I was wrong (despite the pictures I took) because apparently they had security footage of my burrito being made and told me too bad. I then emailed the franchise who said they would help, and just never got back to me, so our $50 was just completely wasted and we ended up eating somewhere else. Worst customer service. UPDATE: Mucho Burrito ended up contacting me and compensated for the poor customer service. However, we still go to Mucho Burrito but we just go to other locations...
Read moreI visited Mucho Burrito last night with high hopes because I was really hungry and looking forward to a good meal. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When I walked in and greeted the staff, I didn’t receive a warm response—just a cold “What can I get for you?” with no smile or basic courtesy. As I started placing my order, the tone and attitude from the staff felt dismissive and borderline rude.
What made me feel especially uncomfortable was noticing the clear difference in treatment when the next customer, a white girl, walked in. The same staff who spoke to me in a cold tone suddenly became cheerful, friendly, and welcoming to her. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently—maybe even unfairly—because of my skin tone or i don’t know.
This kind of behavior is disappointing and hurtful. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect regardless of their background. I hope Mucho Burrito management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat all customers equally and...
Read moreThe food was really good! However, even though my kids only wanted meat inside, no rice, no salad, nothing else, they sold me the biggest, more expensive burrito, arguing that it is the only one that could have meat. So i paid the most expensive burrito when it had only a mini portion of meat and theys didn't tried to find a better solution. When my kid asked for guacamole, they told us that it had an additional price, so we told the guy to put it anyway. My kid said that the portion was too small and i asked to have a little bit more but they said that the portion was like that... As far as I'm concerned it was very bad customer service and they didn't show empathy at all which might be a reflection of the culture of the company. I'm assumimg those are employees who are told to behave like that, to save 1...
