Score Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

The food is amazing…the employees not so much. The first time we went it was the week they opened. The employee at cash was a short girl with long dark hair. I ordered Wapoose with my pizza. I asked the girl for my drink and she said “Oh we don’t have it” and then went back to what she was doing. I asked if I could have a refund for it and she scoffed, rolled her eyes and tossed her pen across the counter. The entire time we waited for our pizzas in the oven, a girl at the oven with red hair was treating employees horribly. She was demeaning and VERY rude….even though the place was filled with customers. We watched the red hair girl and the cash girl fight with each other for 10 minutes. It was extremely awkward for everyone around.

The second time was tonight. The girl who did the sauce and cheese wearing sunglasses was rude and sarcastic. She kept having side conversations with the people around her and ignored us and the other customers for the most part. The employees kept getting distracted and doing side tasks while in the middle of helping us and we had to repeat ourselves over and over again because r they kept forgetting. Then they asked about what dressing we wanted said they would bring us the pizza. They brought two of our pizzas and said the other two would come. We waited 15 minutes for the other two pizzas until my husband finally went up asked asked. They had no idea where the pizzas went to…. They checked thru all the to go piles and finally found them. They had been sitting on the counter the entire time. They also didn’t have the dressing.

To be honest, the employees have no concept of professionalism. They all do whatever they want and couldn't care less about customers. If I owned this business…I would be incredibly embarrassed by the employees. They lack any sort of urgency and don’t know how to prioritize orders.

The one saving grace is the employee named Austin….that dude is a gem. He is pleasant and interacts with...

First time trying out this relatively new location in Belleville. Lots of nearby free parking. Place was clean and tidy inside. Different experience more like ordering a sub than a pizza. Just two sizes and one crust type (thin). Lots of different stuff to put on it. Regular sauce, spicy sauce, variety of cheeses and other toppings. Finishes to apply once the pizza is cooked. Cooking the pizza was pretty quick. The pizza toppings are a bit loose, perhaps because the cheese is not thick enough to hold them firmly. No dispute, the pizza is very different from the usual thick crust pizzas that we order but still very tasty in its own way. All of the toppings that we tried were good. One quibble: I like to eat pizza with a knife and fork. Score provides wooden utensils which are not really useful for cutting pizza. Not their fault of course. For two 8" pizza and two bottled drinks plus tip the bill was $37.30. Reasonable price and less than what some places charge. It is a lighter meal than a typical pizza. Staff friendly and efficient...obviously trained in a good process. Kind of neat to get a pizza in just a few minutes too. I wonder if I could have had double cheese and perhaps some cheese on top of the other toppings? Should have asked. Happy to pay...

My husband and I attended Score Pizza in Belleville and decided we would like to have a sandwich each instead of pizza. We were the first ones in line as we walked in and ordered our sandwiches plus a couple of glasses of wine. We were asked to take a seat and wait for our name to be called. As we sat at our table it became quite busy with upwards of over 15 people in line. We watched as everyone who came in after us leave with their orders. I had gotten up a few times and walked over to the area where you pick up your order. I watched as bun after bun was baked burnt and thrown out. There were at least 8 buns baked and discarded. No offer of an explanation of the delay. After 30 minutes of watching everyone else getting served and their order processed I walked over for the 3rd time to see where our order was. The 1st sandwich was sitting on top of the counter without being notified. Unfortunately it was almost burnt and rock hard. The 2nd sandwich came about 7 minutes later. Obviously all the other orders that were filled expeditiously after we placed our order were pizzas. Didn't even have a staff member say sorry for the delay. We felt as if we were an inconvenience because of our sandwich order. Definitely won't...
