I recently visited Starbucks and, as always, I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the perfect environment for a coffee break or a catch-up with friends.
The staff was friendly and efficient, serving customers with a smile. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were able to make great recommendations based on my preferences. Their service truly enhanced the overall experience.
As for the coffee, it was excellent. I ordered my usual, a Caramel Macchiato, and it was made perfectly. The balance of espresso and milk was just right, and the caramel added a sweet, indulgent touch.
The cleanliness of the store was also commendable. It's clear that hygiene is a priority, which is especially important in these times.
I highly recommend Starbucks for anyone in need of a coffee fix, a quick bite, or a cozy spot to relax. Their consistent quality, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere never fail to impress. Can't wait for...
Read moreI placed a mobile order, stood there for 20mins while the 8+ employees ignored me, finally received my order and my drink was completely wrong. I do not understand how the drink could be prepared so incorrectly when the instructions are written on the actual cup. Was supposed to have whipped cream and then drizzle on the Frappuccino and instead they just put drizzle on top of the Frappuccino with no whipped cream. Why would that even be a thing? It clearly said ON THE CUP 2% milk, double Espresso, whipped cream and then drizzle. Than instead of fixing it they just added whipped cream and more drizzle. I didn't want drizzle in the actual drink so now I'm left with some super disgusting super sweet chocolate syrup overdosed mess that I didn't want. Plus the employees were whispering and snickering throughout the entire transaction and one if the baristas was especially rude....
Read moreBeen twice now and both times have been a real chore. Tried the drive thru and got the wrong sizes of drip coffee. Whatever, just drip coffee. Second time they weren't brewing the medium roast but I've seen that happen. Whatevs. Also ordered and paid for the Earl Gray latte, waited a bit for them to make it. Then they said they didn't have anymore of those tea bags. OK, chai latte is fine. Then... Then they say they need to refund my drink and have me re order the new drink for inventory purposes of the tea bags.
It seems arbitrary for a manager to have their employees go to such great lengths in order to track tea bag inventory when there is clearly no mechanism of preventing the order of items they have none of.
Anyway. Sticking to Chapters for now. Will give them another shot in...
