Arby's — Restaurant in Ontario

Visited on evening of June 14th, 2024. Absolutely terrible and disgusting customer service by young female cashier. I visited with my wife and 7 month old baby. It was about 15 minutes before closing. We entered and was about to order, the (young) female cashier immediately told us they are closing, and she was very annoyed to take her order. She obviously wants to leave at exact closing time so she can go out for Friday night. We got our order and sat down to eat. The cashier immediately came to remind us (and other restaurant patrons) they are closing and we need to go. It was still before closing time, and we were eating as fast as possible. She reminded everyone multiple times, eventually an elderly gentleman was so uncomfortable he gathered his food and ate in his car. My wife didn't even finish her food and we couldn't feed our baby. I gathered our belongings and baby so we could depart, but had to use bathroom. Again this was still before actual closing time. I was in the bathroom about 15 seconds, yes seconds not a typo. The cashier stood by the bathroom door and yelled at me while I was peeing. She yelled that they are closing and I need to finish now. For the 41 years of my life, I have never been yelled at to stop peeing and get out of the bathroom. Especially by some teenage girl who wants to leave early so she can go get high with friends. I rushed out of the bathroom, now it was closing time and asked her if she was yelling at me. She said yes. The behavior of how you treat paying customers is absolutely deplorable. Was by far my worst Arby's experience, was $35 for 2 meals. The chicken bacon swiss had, paper thin, bacon, paper thin cheese, with a paper thin, piece of breaded chicken, all I could taste was the lettuce with little sauce, had to dip it in horsy sauce just so it felt like I was not eating a crispy grease salad on a bun, bacon was not even an effective flavor, sauce just seemed to be flavorless glue on the top of the bun, paper cheese had no effect. The Cherry Coke was the saving grace and the curly fries were spot on fresh and crispy. My fathers Ruben, was perfect, and flavorful would recommend, his fries and drink were amazing. Noting to get the Rubin next time. The most important part is to watch your step leaving the south side exit, and try not to role your ankle like I did coming out, the poorly built wheel chair ramp drops off right outside the door, and I am sure people role thier ankle there all the time. At $35 for 2 meals. I am debating if I ever want to go back, for a place with malkmeat tasting beef as well as an ankle roll in wait. Worst over priced food experience in nearly my life time. Placed an order at 2:26 PM today, and it wasn't delivered until 3:45. This wasn't the delivery drivers issue, it was Arbys. The driver was sitting at Arby's waiting for over 60 minutes. So this means that if I would have walked into the restauraunt or gone through the drivethrough I would have been waiting for 80 minutes? If Arbys is unable to provide a satisfactory level of service to their 3rd party delivery drivers, they should not be partnered with those 3rd parties. Absolutely unacceptible service from Arby's. - - EDIT - So it turns out that this issue in fact was with Skip The Dishes, after speaking to the manager at the Arby's.
