Visiting this Tim Hortons store Drive-Thru was an absolute pleasure. I could easily understand every word spoken through the speaker, only had to state my order one time, and the attendant at the window as well as the staff I could witness working behind her in-store were all very pleasant. The window attendant very amiably and quickly provided my order, thanked me, and wished me a very good day, all with a smile!!! Furthermore, the order was accurate, the hash brown was cooked to perfect crispness, and the breakfast wrap was perfectly put together... the ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the perfectly folded wrap as was the sauce, rather than just a big blop of sauce at one end. There was a grumpy old lady in their staff who was impatient and very rude. She kept interrupting and tried to be bossy and rude while we were asking the girl at the register some questions about what we planned to order. The old lady even got so impatient and bitter that she started to hurry us up saying there were a lot of people in the line already waiting. When we turned back, there was only one other person waiting in the line who was just walking in. This old lady seemed so bossy that the frustration seemed to show on other girls' faces working there. During the early morning shift on Thursday, October 10, 2024, it was evident that the team on duty was highly demotivated and reluctant to engage in their work. Despite efforts to encourage them, the result was a clear lack of effort, reflected in the final product— half of the pizza doesn't even have the sauce and cheese.
