We decided to stay here as the rooms were a bit more spacious then some of the hotels on the waterfront and since we were here for work and play and shopping this location worked very well for us. Family of four stayed comfortably in the large double Queen room with pullout bed. Mattress are a bit soft (management please take note) and felt a bit like a hammock with two adults on one bed. Furniture and room is updated. Pool was open and could be booked for one hour increments per family. In our 24 hr stay we were able to get two swims in. Early check in and late checkout were available to us for no extra charge which allowed me to go out to work and the kids and my wife were able to walk out the doors and shop at the outlet mall King's Crossing. Very convenient. Many restaurants all within walking distance. Easy check in. The room was quite spacious. Lighting is not well thought out (for reading in bed) thus the room is dark. Could use more side tables which are missing on a couple of the bed sides. Waterslide and hot tub are not available nor are the common areas of the lobby due to the pandemic. Happy with our stay.

This courtyard location by Marriott is a pretty decent place to stay. I visit Kingston as our daughter is at university in Kingston and we have tried many different hotels. Firstly the location is super convenient to shopping and dinning. The location is about 2 minutes from the highway, it is smack dab in the middle of an outlet shopping centre, a wide variety of dining and even a movie theatre next door. Gas stations, grocery and pharmacy is also within a walk ot short drive. We tried the breakfast and were very happy with the meal and the price of the meal. Kingston is a very historic town and getting to them all are easy to access from the hotels location. The staff were very friendly and our room attendant Krista was extremely dedicated to ensuring we were happy with our stay. The pool has a water slide that I would recommend if you have children we used the in-house laundry facilities and they were affordable and worked well. Would I stay they’re again? Absolutely!

We booked this hotel for our daughter's birthday. It's in a great location, right across from Landmark (where we went to watch a movie) and surrounded by restaurants and stores. The waterslide was a huge hit (check times!) and the pool was shallow enough that my youngest (4) could touch in spots. The staff were what set this location apart! They were amazing with check in and so helpful getting our room set up a little earlier then check in despite having over a hundred check outs the day before. Upon finding out it was my daughter's birthday they were so kind and all wished her a Happy Birthday. We got back from the movies to a sweet note and some candies and chocolates from the lovely staff wishing her a Happy Birthday. We had breakfast in the Bistro and it was well priced and delicious. The atmosphere was great and the chef was kind and went the extra mile just because. This was such a great stay and my daughter will be talking about this great trip for years to come!

This Courtyard is right in the Outlet Mall! A lot of parking, did not have any problem on that and it was free. Check in was a breeze, we were accomodated even if we checked-in earlier than the check in time. I was given a welcome drink as a silver elite member, the first time I've experienced it! I was given a room on the top floor and extra pillows, these were all in my profile and I didn't have to remind them upon check-in. The room was awesome! Clean, spacious, I love the bathroom. There's also a microwave! It was our anniversary, we we greeted upon check-in and moments after we arrived in our room, the same lady who checked us in came and handed us a plate of cookies and strawberries with a greeting card, vouchers for free bfasts and drinks. Greatly appreciated! Checking out was not a problem either. A couple of hours after we checked out, I found out that I left some clothes in our room. So I phoned to inform the front desk and was transferred to housekeeping, I left a message as nobody answered the phone. Later in the afternoon, I received a call from Andrew, telling me they got my clothes and that I have the option of getting it myself or them shipping it to my home. I was so amazed as I was given those options, unlike in some other hotels, you either get it yourself or forget about it! Anyways, I chose to stop by and get it coz it was on the way back. The same guy who phoned me, Andrew, was there and personally handed me my clothes. Thank you to all the wonderful staff of Courtyard in Kingston. We had an amazing stay! Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely choose the same hotel if ever we go back to Kingston and woukd recommend this hotel to everyone! By the way, internet was fast and reliable, amd the hotel has a nice lobby/ theatre area where you can chill. It was quiet and very few people were using it,...

Stay away from this location and pay the extra money and go to another hotel. This Mariott location DOES NOT compare to the number of Mariott Hotels we have stayed at as a gold elite member. We chose to stay here as we are familiar with the chain of hotels and a level of service is expected. This location failed to meet the standard.

It's not a busy time as we are staying mid week. The location is near shops (that have empty parking lots) but lots of food options around. The front staff is friendly BUT that's where it all ends. The room was nice and spacious but as a gold elite member we would have expected more. When we entered our room, there was a dirty pair of socks left from the previous guests and we had to ask them to remove it. We had 1 bottle of water to share between 3 people AND that was only complimentary. We were told we had to pay to get more water. They do not give any water or replace the water or replace the coffee in the rooms.

After the first night of two, our room WAS NOT cleaned and there was no housekeeping. When we called the front desk to inquire, we were notified only then and not upon arrival, that they only provide housekeeping if we stay 3 nights or more. As a result, we didn't have enough towels for 3 people, messy beds and dirty floors.

The pool was fine but there is no hot tub. This location needs to stop advertising as having a hot tub and remove online pictures of a hot tub.

The service at this location definately drops the ball compared to other locations we have stayed at. This is a huge disappointment from other locations which was very disappointing...

The service at this location was IMPECCABLE!

Let's start with our entry into the room - we stayed in a family suite with a pullout and the pull out sofa is not great - in fact, it's pretty awful BUT, when I called about a new mattress for it - the front desk said they could provide extra comforters to try to make the situation more comfortable. While not perfect, they offered a SOLUTION to the problem.

Secondly, we experienced car issues - the front desk, specifically Jen, were VERY helpful. They held the room for us for one more night in case we needed to stay in Kingston for another day AND she even helped boost us and lent us her booster cables for the next day. Unfortunately, the truck needed to be towed but going the extra mile for us was great. We felt welcomed, helped out and supported.

The food in the onsite cafe was good, with Starbucks licensed coffee products and the service there was equally great!

They have a wonderful hotel and we know we will be staying here again on our next visit to Kingston! Great service, clean hotel, spacious rooms. We didn't even get to try the amazing looking pool with slide - we will bring our suits next time around! Restaurants like Boston Pizza and Swiss Chalet are walking distance and easy options when you are tired from driving and just checked in.

But, seriously, they need to replace those pull outs - they are awful. We moved the mattress to the floor as the angle of the pullout caused my son to have back pain in the am.....in spite of that, we would still...
