Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

Needs some TLC.. I was just there for drivethru lunch 15min ago. Oct 23-2018. Drive thru speaker had a sign. (Cash Only) Upon inquiry regarding paying with credit... they said it was an old sign from yesterday. (Manager job) . Place my order went to the window and gave them their sign, that I pulled of their order speaker..(no thank you) . Paid no problem and then the person requested me to pull up into a waiting area in the drive thru. There was NO-one behind me so I stayed at the drive thru window. A lady came to the window and asked me to move into the standby spot ahead. I replied with, " I thought since there was no one behind me I could wait here until someone comes." She said "I need you to move ahead into that spot" No explanation. Ok fine. She arrived with my food, wishing my a good day. No sauce for my curly fries like I had asked and no one inquired about ketchup vinegar, salt and pepper. The worse part of the whole matter was the waiting spot smelt like cat urine as the nearby bushes are clearly a toilet. I will fill out the survey to get a free whopper from the receipt and I will try again. I will change my review if the service gets better. The store was better when the manager Sean was...

We have dined in multiple times and every time we go all tables are dirty and have to ask for them to wipe the tables. The girl came out not without attitude and proceed to take a seat at most tables. Fired were cold and freeze was way over due to be change. After asking for fresh fries no one even bother to bring them to us so needless to say we again got cold fries as we didn’t think we would have to and get them ourselves. No one person apologized just gave each other a look which I did not appreciate. My husband went into the men’s washroom and it was filthy, urinal has been out of order for weeks and 1 stall was out order leaving just 1 toilet and the floors and walls and stall walls were absolutely disgustingly dirty. I went in the women’s washroom and was disgusted and wouldn’t even use it. I have work in the food industry as a manager and this is totally inexcusable. It was long ago that that building was renovated. You, in my opinion need to fire all the staff. A bunch standing around talking laughing and not doing cleaning. We were in on April/06/23 @ 6:30 PM. We will not be returning and I will be calling...

Yuck!

Hygiene is Bad in this place. The drinks fountain area is unkempt and lacking attention. There's food and drink spills everywhere. The floor sticks. An unhappy looking employee was sweeping clouds of dust from one place to another. I don't think the floors have seen a wet mop lately.

The lids dispenser for drinks is filthy and sticky. After reaching for a lid, my hand stuck to the uncleaned interior part of the chute. Because I could actually see swirls of sticky sugar residue on the stainless steel surfaces, I can only surmise that it's been a long time since it was properly cleaned and disinfected.

To make matters worse, washrooms were closed and unavailable to patrons so I couldn't even wash my hands. Just loved the feeling of my hands sticking to my car steering wheel. NOT REALLY!

The place is messy inside and out and I won't be returning despite an emailed bribe from Jackie, the manager, of a free meal to return.

This BK outlet should be inspected by Health Canada. Or at the very least voluntarily close down the eat-in dining room until the washrooms...
