Little Texas — Restaurant in Ontario

Bought tickets with friends to see Impish Grins last night. Arrived at 7 for our reservation and they tried to put us at a high top table (not what we reserved) but were finally seated at a booth as requested. Waitress appeared 30 minutes later and was not able to answer one question about the bar menu but said she would be back. 15 minutes later she come back and took the other 2 drink orders, 15 minutes later she arrived with drinks (1 was wrong) We figured we better get our meals ordered because if it took that long to get a drink how long would it take to get a meal. An hour later the meals arrive, all of them cold. I had mashed potatoes with what was suppose to be roasted chicken. When I asked for cutlery I was told they had none. The table next to us had 5 guys who all ordered food and when it arrived the orders were all wrong, back they go. The manager was present for that complaint but never seen him after that. 15 minutes after I was told they had no cutlery, our server comes by and literally dropped a knife and fork on the table and took off. Our table asked for napkins and ketchup, no ketchup arrived but the kind DJ brought us napkins. They had 4 bartenders serving and place was way too crowded for the staff they had to support the patrons. Little Ts Completely disgusting. One how was this mistake made and if they offer 50.00 tells me they are in the wrong. What about insurance? Won’t be going here ever again!

Hey everyone! Please share!! I would like to inform everyone that on January 13th my friend and I went out to Little Ts and used coat check. We were ready to leave to find out that our coats were given out to other people even though I had the tag in my hand for our hanger. They will not pay us back for our coats, nor would they update us since they said they looked at their security cameras and had 2 suspects and were going to reach out to them. I find I have been civil and gave them enough time so about a week to a week and a half later we went to the cops and finally I messaged saying I would be contacting Legal Aid on Monday (February 5th) when I get a message from the employee working coat check that night offering to pay me 50$ towards my coat. My coat is worth 300$ but since the current market value is 110$ they are only paying half of that. I just want enough money to be able to buy a new winter coat. Only person who treats me well other than the DJ is never there. Being asked the SECOND I walk in "are you going to be here for more than 5 minutes? If yes you have to buy something or my boss gets mad at me" they only ask ME. Just me. The week prior I had spent ~$40 on drinks. I was kicked the one night cause I was broke, I was one of 3 people there. Absolutely pathetic how these bartenders act tword disabled and who they think is gay. One girl is so sweet to us and I love her so much. Two weeks ago I was kicked out with my friend for HELPING the DJ. The bouncers are completely heartless. I've helped said DJ for a year. But they decided he can do it on his own when I was willing to help. My friend who is more disabled than I am got hurt from them rushing us out. It was only 12:45. Honestly the worst I've been treated at a bar, plus drinks are outrageous. A single shot is $8. Charles, I believe that's your name, your longest kept bartender is nasty to disabled and queer.
