4.3 stars, rounded down. So nice to find an authentic Pho place! My family went at an off time, so there were not a lot of customers. Menus are on the table and you can flip through. There are a ton of choices, which may seem overwhelming for some people, but this is very common for Asian restaurants. It’s nice that they have pictures of the menu items on the wall. You fill out what you’d like to order on a separate paper slip and a server will come around to collect and order drinks.

Food came out in a timely manner, hot and tasty. Serving sizes are very generous. I would recommend pho if you’re coming here for the first time as it is their specialty. Prices are pretty reasonable. The broth was very flavourful, and the meats (in all dishes) were seasoned perfectly! It was a great meal.

It is a nice open and bright space. Lots of vegetation makes it have a bit of a cozy vibe. Staff were friendly. When you’re done you can just go up to the main counter to pay. They accept cash or debit (which is also posted on the front door). Washrooms are clean - and it was nice to have a change table for a smaller restaurant!

Tried dining in.entered same time as another couple . Other couple immediately received teas following seating. I didn’t. Three more couples arrived afterwards . Same thing. They received teas and menus. I must have been invisible or chosen to be ignored. After 10 minutes , informed the manager. Got a few lame and insincere “sorry’s” ,,nothing else. So I left. Can’t say it was poor customer service. There was NO customer service . Zero effort by manager to ameliorate the situation., no effort to try to retain a customer. This , after I was there with my wife a few days earlier and left an $18.00 tip on a $42.00 bill . Lessons learned Lots of other places in town equally good food. I went with my friends and sat there for around 90 minutes and never got our food 😒 after waiting my husband canceled our order because all our friends got their food. No one was bothered to even come to us and apologize or showed any interest to make things better for us.

This has never happened to us that we went to a restaurant and came out without having food 😒 I am just shocked on how people can be so casual about their guests 🙄

When we went to the front and asked her why we didn't get our food after waiting for so long on that she said people on the other table were waiting for an hour too.

A note to everyone out there is to wait for atleast one hour after ordering your food and you might not even get your food so all the best. I understand a new establishment can have some challenges but there is no excuse for shoddy...
