UTTERLY UNDERWHELMED I felt compelled to write a review after eating this food... I ordered take out from here and got the ribs & wings combo with a Greek salad and a drink. When I arrived home, the drink I ordered and paid for was not in the bag. Bad start. I think the food was sitting out for a while because it was quite cool, despite me arriving 28 minutes into the 30 minutes they said it would take. The ribs - meh. The bbq sauce isn't all that good, but at least the meat was tender. Their chicken wings are decent, but I was surprised that they do not offer any specific wing flavour, nor any dipping sauce. The fries were plentiful but could've used some seasoning. The sauce they came with i did enjoy. Finally, a plain ol' slice of white bread. Mine had a good side and a stale side.

The greek salad looks far superior on the picture displayed on their facebook menu. The main disappointment was the lack of dressing. The second was the absence of purple onion, which is pictured on the menu but no where to be seen amongst the abundance of romaine lettuce, the thickly sliced tomato and cucumber, small pile of olives and pickled ?friggitello peppers. The two strips of feta cheese i can say were at least fair in terms of quantity. Overall certainly not worth $17.50

My wife and I have been coming here for years. The quality of the food has always been satisfactory. Except this evening was the absolute opposite. The fish and chips platter was unappealing (fish was undercooked). Waited 15 minutes for the two pieces to be replaced. Instead of replacing the entire meal, fries included. They've only replaced the fish. Other meal was a small pepperoni pizza, the pizza dough was hard and overcooked. Not once did the waitress come by and asked how the food was, we're literally had to waive her down to comment about the quality of food. I spoke to the manager about the poor quality of the food. His reason for the food quality was basically because they were busier than expected this evening. I wasn't expecting our meals on the house, but a discount should have been offered at least. As for tipping the staff and waitress, that definitely wasn't going to happened. Waited nearly fifteen minutes just for our orders to be taken. After ten years or longer of supporting this local business. I have no interest in returning or referring anyone anymore to this...

On Saturday December 7/2024 We drove to Cornwall to pick up some family members and go out for Lunch, not familiar with Cornwall so finding a good place to eat was a difficult task. After careful consideration only because again not familiar with the area or where to go for a good home cooked meal. In saying that we took our chances and stopped here : Cornwall BBQ Unbelievable……the service was top of the line, the atmosphere reminded me of 20 years or more back home, the furniture was retro simply amazing. Most importantly of all the FOOD was amazing and I never give these kind of reviews but I’m going to tell you ….I’m a Chef and Most Chef’s are particular and I’m one of those Chefs. The food was out of this world, amazingly delicious, the portions were incredibly huge you definitely got your money worth and more. If you get a chance to go to Cornwall BBQ DO NOT THINK TWICE! Just go you’ll love it. The prices are also very reasonable.
