Cowboys Ranch — Restaurant in Ontario

A) bartenders are extremely rude, I asked for a shot and proceeded to tell her what is in said shot as the previous 2 times ordering it they were not made correctly and she snapped at me stating she knew what is in it and put her hand in my face... Then never came back with my drinks! Just started serving other people! B) they physically assaulted me while trying to get my little sister - two bouncers threw me to the ground and dragged me out of the establishment for absolutely no reason! They proceeded to then do the same to my husband when he came out looking for me! They are abusince and neglectful of their patrons and even after the police showed up they lied about what happened and said that I tripped on carpet (of which there was no carpet) and when my husband tried to explain that to the officer they laughed at him and nothing was done! I now have a sprained ankle and bruised arm because of the excessive force in which I was dealt with by...

I have been here numerous times. Each experience found the staff extremely rude last time I went will be the last time I will ever go. I had 2 drinks the entire night. I went to the bar and waited 20 min for a drink as I watched other people walk up after me and get served because they would sneak to the side but I understand it is hard to keep track of who is first because it's busy so I waited and the bar tender would look at me and keep serving others. After 20 min I said excuse me I have been waiting and she cut me off and said so are these people that would just walk up and get a drink. She also said I need to be patient and threatened to kick me out. I was disgusted with how rude she was. I was quiet and waited 20 min trying to be understanding when others are loud and rude and getting served right away and she responded in such an unprofessional manner when I was just trying to be patient for her and respectful. Never again...

Your staff is very aggressive ..... Especially the one with the long beard ( if you were to cut it off I still know who you are )has been aggressive on more then one occasion I have seen him egg people on that were leaving the bar .... Now my friend and student, that you slammed head first in to the concrete. I had to go through two of you guys to get to him which was confronted with them trying to stop me; but I got through them and noticed that the one with a beard had his arm around my friends throat ( which if cops do,than security definitely can't) and this wasn't the first time he attacked my friend for nothing...... This was not needed. Hope you have your use of force training...
