Fortune Express — Restaurant in Ontario

About 2 years ago my Fiancée ordered close to $100 worth of food for her, myself and her mother I got Pineapple Chicken and Chicken Balls, Fiancée got Sweet & Sour pork and Chicken Balls as well. They told my Fiancée over the phone that it was gonna take half an hour and that the Pineapple Chicken is just Chicken Balls with Sweet & Sour sauce with pineapple in it....Pretty sure that Pineapple Chicken isn't supposed to be Chicken Balls. So I basically got 2 orders of Chicken Balls with a tub of Sweet & Sour sauce with pineapple pieces in it...that's obviously NOT "Pineapple Chicken" and I KNOW what it is and what it looks like! But other than that the Chicken Balls were good but really disappointed with the "Pineapple Chicken". My Fiancée was disappointed with her Sweet & Sour pork as well and this was our first time eating and ordering from Fortune Express and I don't think we will be back because of our first time experience and the ridiculous...

Ordered a Dinner for one with chicken balls beef chow main and chicken chop suey....the chop suey arrived when we were finished and ready to pay. When we went to pay We were charged for the chop suey We never received...when We asked why we were told We could take it with us. Not sure why We would do that. Anyways after an argument with the owner about the 4.00 I paid the full amount just to leave. After they said if We seperated it it would cost more....to funny it was ordered as a dinner it should have came together like any other dinner for one in any other Chinese Restaurant We've ever been to.

The food is OK. Expensive! $2.50 for an egg roll? How do you justify that? I called and ordered a bunch of food for 12 hungry people (over $100 worth) and the gave me a price only to call me back 5 mins later and say the wouldn't honour their free delivery that is clearly printed on the menu. They would rather me cancel the order than eat the cost of $3.75 on a huge order. The woman answering the phone there was uninformed and unaccommodating. Overall terrible experience and I promptly tossed the flyer (the new and old one) out with the food containers. I would never order again and wouldn't chance...
