RECENT EDIT Review 2: So I made the terrible mistake of ordering from there again after my last review (seen farther down below after this one). I don't care how many good reviews are on here. I've been ordering from here for 5 years and have noticed a horrible decline in customer service. Almost 2 hours for the food to deliver and no apology or discount nor explanation so I called them back and cancelled my order because I had already ordered from somewhere else (Yasir's). Then, when I reviewed them on Facebook they had the nerve to call me and threaten me to report me 😂 For what? For calling you out on horrible service? The only reason I reported it on Facebook was because it wasn't the first time this has happened. I do not live far at all from them and two consecutive times in a row I've received extremely soggy food (fries and gyro) or microwaved fries. I decided to give it one last chance since I've been ordering from them for so long and used to love their food, and waited 2 hours. Now they want to threaten to report me for ordering from another place 🙄Definitely not worth it. they may be friendly during the day but they are completely horrible for nighttime service. Trashhhhhh

Review 1: Terrible Customer service! I called and asked for donair with no tomato or onion, and onion rings on the side. He said it would be 45 minutes to get here I live only a 5 minute drive away, after an HOUR of waiting I call back to see where the driver is and he said he's on his way. I called again to make sure they knew it was debit because they always act like they forgot the debit machine and the guy on the phone tells me the driver didn't bring it. So I run across the street to use the ATM and get cash , I wait outside for 7 minutes and no one shows up. I go back up to my apartment and the delivery guy is walking around my apartment so I have to go find him even though I told him which unit! Then after I pay him I open the food and the onion rings are soggy like they were microwaved, and there's TOMATO AND ONION on the donair when I asked for there to be none of those on it! I call the place back and he says it'll be 45 minutes for me to get a new order (even though the guy just left 5 minutes ago) and then I asked for my money back and he says its still going to be 45 minutes! I asked to speak to the manager and he says he's not there. And I told him that's a lie because I go there all the time I know their dad is the manager and he said never mind "I'M" the manger. He hangs up the phone and doesn't call back or give me a refund. NEVER...

No stars. We ordered from here today and I called to notify them that they messed up my order as they put veggies on that I am allergic to, they stated that they would send me a new salad in 45 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes passed and I received nothing, I called back and the guy said that they tried calling our office back and it said the number was out of service, they said they were calling to make sure I wanted lettuce in my salad, rather then just delivering the salad I had ordered they decided to be smart asses. We regularly order from here and nearly every time we have to call back as they are missing things from our order or they screw up the order completely. Normally the food tastes good but this time chicken souvlaki was so drenched in sauce that the pita and lettuce was soggy and not edible. I am not sure if there is new staff there but the service is clearly not customer based. Hopefully no one keels over and dies from having an allergic reaction there, clearly they do not care about customer service and satisfaction. Our office will no longer be ordering from here and I will spread the word of the terrible service we received today. I have been a customer for over 15 years it's sad to see this business go so...

Oh My Good Lord!! It was amazing! I had only been there once before, it was a long time ago so I don't really remember it but I know it was really good. So my aunt's and I decided to go for lunch, oh my goodness!!! She ordered a gyro with onion rings and got a side Greek salad I got the chicken supreme with onion rings and let me tell you first of all the gyro and the chicken had feta added to it and I haven't had a rap even do you want to categorize it like that any type of rap that good ever and I thought the Chicken Delight was the top of it all but the chicken supreme a Greek pita tops everybody the onion rings were not greasy at all I have a hard time handling grease and let me tell you they were perfectly crispy not underdone not overdone my only suggestion I have and it's constructive is they don't carry mustard and my boyfriend did order a cheeseburger so when I got home I had to put message on it but let me tell you how good the rest of the food was I didn't care! LOL! So to Greek pita whatever you guys are doing keep doing it cuz it's Workin!...
